| In amorphous flat self-organizing network communication,the signal transmitted between network nodes will be attenuated as the distance increases.In order to effectively extend the communication distance between network nodes,it is a common solution to enhance the signal power at the transceiver end.Therefore,The research of amplifier as an important part of wireless communication link is of great value.In an amorphous flat self-organizing network,the network nodes also undertake the signal transmission and reception functions.In order to make the network topology more stable and the communication distance between network nodes longer,the design of RF amplifiers with excellent performance is the goal of this paper.RF engineers usually use design software for simulation testing when designing,so that they can accurately grasp the circuit performance and optimize circuit parameters in real time.Based on the Amorphous Flattened Self-Organizing Network project,this paper mainly does the following work:(1)A power amplifier located in the transmitter module is designed and simulated.Through DC analysis,stability analysis,load pull,source pull,Smith chart input and output impedance matching,microstrip line conversion,etc.,a CGH40010 power amplifier is designed.After simulation experiments,it can be seen that the highest point gain can reach 13.194 dB,if the specified gain above 12 dB is the available gain,the available bandwidth is 800 MHz.(2)The power amplifier designed based on the CGH40010 power tube is structurally innovative and improved.Through the optimization of the feedback structure,the second CGH40010 power amplifier is designed,and the maximum gain reaches 15.206 dB.If the available gain is above 12 dB,the available bandwidth is up to 1.08 GHz,which is about 15.9%higher than the maximum gain before the improvement.,the available bandwidth is increased by about 35%.(3)A low-noise amplifier located in the receiver module is designed and simulated.Through DC analysis,bias circuit design,stability analysis,microstrip line conversion,input impedance matching under the principle of minimum noise figure,and output impedance matching under the principle of maximum gain,an ATF54143 low-noise amplifier is designed.The simulation experiment shows that,the noise figure is about 0.452,and the gain is about 15.085 dB.(4)An innovative feedback cascade power amplifier circuit structure is designed.Through structural improvement and innovation,the gain reaches 31.582 dB,which is 18.7%higher than that of the conventional cascade power amplifier structure of the same chip.In this experiment,ADS simulation software was used to design the circuit and simulate the experimental results.Finally,three RF amplifiers and a cascaded power amplifier structure were successfully designed.The performance indicators all reached the expected values.It is designed for the communication node of the amorphous flat self-organizing network.Provides reliable theoretical support. |
