| With the development of wireless network technology,5G has been widely used.According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,China had 1.425 million 5G base stations by the end of 2021.It is estimated that 7.08 million 5G base stations will be built in China and there will be 13.53 million 5G base stations worldwide by 2030.In terms of mobile communication,the number of 5G users is also increasing.In order to take the lead in the 5G market,China Unicom,as one of the three major operators in China,has an increasingly urgent demand for 5G wireless network base station construction.The construction of 5G base station is characterized by a large number of tasks,large investment scale,interlaced engineering links,complex processes,numerous related parties,lack of infrastructure and many external interference factors,resulting in low efficiency in the initial stage of 5G base station construction.The construction of 5G base station is characterized by a large number of tasks,large investment scale,interlaced engineering links,complex processes,numerous related parties,lack of infrastructure and many external interference factors,resulting in low efficiency in the initial stage of 5G base station construction.Therefore,the introduction of project schedule management theory in the construction engineering management of 5G wireless network base station can play a crucial role in accelerating the progress of 5G wireless network base station construction project and completing the task objectives in advance.This paper firstly introduces the research status of project management and project schedule management at home and abroad,studies the tools and methods of them,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different schedule management methods.Secondly,it introduces the general situation,construction characteristics,overall objectives,specific contents and schedule requirements of THE 5G wireless network base station construction project of B Unicom.Again,the existing problems of project schedule management are sorted out and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Taking THE 5G base station construction project of B Unicom as the research object,this paper proposes the project schedule management ideas from the aspects of schedule planning and schedule control.Defining of the project activity,estimating of the activity duration,sequencing of the activities,determing of the milestone events,determing critical path and other work will be done during the development of the project schedule to develop the schedule and make reasonable optimization,so that the planned period can meet the requirements of the company.After the project schedule is determined,the smooth implementation of the project schedule can be ensured through the formulation of corresponding control schemes and safeguard measures,and finally the construction project can be completed on time.The project schedule management optimization study in this paper not only improves the schedule management level of B Unicom’s 5G wireless network base station construction project,but also plays an important role in promoting the improvement of B Unicom’s communication engineering construction project management level,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.It also provides reference for the upcoming largescale 5G indoor base station construction project. |
