In the actual product scheduling, the delivery date of the product generally has an elastic range, and within this range, customer satisfaction and the delivery date of the product meet a certain quantity relationship. If the task is completed ahead of schedule or delayed, customer satisfaction will be reduced.Customer satisfaction affects the cooperative relationship between enterprises and customers,so this paper proposes a comprehensive scheduling algorithm considering customer satisfaction. In view of the previous comprehensive scheduling did not consider the impact of product completion time on customer satisfaction, this paper proposes a comprehensive scheduling algorithm considering customer satisfaction. The algorithm first proposes the tightness dominance strategy, calculates the tightness of each product, and determines the scheduling order according to the tightness of the product;Secondly, for products with different start times and flexible due windows,This paper proposes a dynamic selection strategy for product scheduling order; The proposed priority policy of the next layer is adopted to arrange the scheduling sequence of product processes reasonably; Finally,Put forward the recursive satisfaction adjustment strategy to adjust the process affecting customer satisfaction, optimize customer satisfaction and product completion time.Through the comparison of examples, the algorithm can not only ensure customer satisfaction, but also shorten the production cycle of products.A flexible integrated scheduling algorithm considering customer satisfaction is proposed for dynamic multi product flexible integrated scheduling problem.Firstly, the algorithm proposes the strategy of process tree simplification, and determines the scheduling order of product operations by simplifying the product processing process tree;Secondly,a tardiness penalty strategy is proposed. For products with the same tightness, the scheduling order is determined by comparing the size of the penalty factor;Aiming at the problem of selecting processing equipment for contradictory operation, the strategy of selecting equipment for contradictory operation is put forward; Finally, for the products with low customer satisfaction and completion time exceeding the early and late penalty delivery window,The satisfaction-flexible adjustment strategy was used to adjust the processing equipment of the product process. The example shows that the algorithm can achieve better results with lower complexity.Flexible integrated scheduling problem considering partial product satisfaction and total product completion time,a flexible integrated scheduling algorithm considering partial product satisfaction and total product completion time is proposed.Firstly, for the products with lead time and tardiness penalty due date constraints, the algorithm proposes a piecewise adjustment strategy for the scheduling order of products with due date constraints, which reduces the impact of equipment occupation on the tightness;A scheduling strategy for products without due date constraint is proposed. The processing process trees of multiple products without due date constraint with the same start time are processed at the same height, and then the process trees are merged; Finally, the strategy of equipment selection for non delivery time constrained product process is proposed to determine the processing equipment and start time of non delivery time constrained product process,so as to shorten the total completion time of products without affecting customer satisfaction of products with delivery time constraints. For the comprehensive scheduling problem considering customer satisfa ction, this paper makes a detailed analysis and puts forward the correspond ing algorithm. Finally, the universality and superiority of the algorithm pro posed in this paper are illustrated by comparisond.
