Small and medium-sized packaging and printing enterprises belong to the discrete manufacturing industry,in which some processes are processed manually off-line,the data collection generated in production activities is difficult,and the workshop production line will be cluttered after a period of time.The collection and statistics of information are still manually copied,and the flexible workshop quality management and product information tracing are difficult.Low production efficiency and a series of problems.In view of the above problems,this thesis encountered by packaging and printing enterprises to reconstruct,design a cloud ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)service system that can be applied to the actual production scene of enterprises.Therefore,the SSM development framework is integrated with Open Stack cloud platform,and the cloud ERP of enterprise information management based on Internet is finally realized,which improves the overall efficiency of packaging and printing enterprises and reduces the overall cost.The main contents and innovations of this thesis are as follows:This thesis firstly comprehensively analyzes the business processes of small and medium-sized packaging printing enterprises in the modules of purchase-sales-inventory management,production management and financial management,and constructs the data link with work order as the core,takes the project order in production as the core of the system business process management as the focus of the development of various functional modules,and at the same time carries out the necessary business information of the system.The necessary functional requirements and non-necessary requirements of cloud enterprise resource planning management system for small and medium-sized packaging printing enterprises are confirmed.Secondly,this thesis studies and sorts out the functional requirements of each module in the printing cloud ERP system in detail,develops relevant functions and realizes the maintenance,review,query and statistics of data information.The E-R model is designed according to the relational algebra theory to treat the relationship between physical entities in the database involved in each functional module of the development system.At the same time,the detailed design drawing of the database table relationship is given.By using the database paradigm to standardize the data format of each field,the problem of adding,deleting,modifying and checking anomalies is eliminated,which enhances the data simplicity and reduces the abnormal missing of data.And draw the detailed business flow chart of each module,and display the development of the user login page and functional interface.Finally,VMware Workstation desktop application software is used to build server nodes using the Cent OS7.5 operating system image as follows: The Controller-Node and Compute-Node connect to the SSH terminal software Secure CRT using their IP addresses.Use Win SCP,an SFTP file transfer tool,to upload the Open Stack image file of the open source cloud platform to a virtual machine.After system services are installed and deployed on a specific node,the cloud ERP system functions can be brought online,which solves the problems of limited access and long deployment period and provides practical reference value for enterprises’ digital transformation.
