The rise of e-commerce promotes the rapid development of postal logistics industry.In order to meet the monitoring requirements of national functional departments on dangerous parcels and ensure the efficient work of automatic sorting system,the accurate identification of barcode information of postal parcels is the key.As the information carrier of express parcels,barcode technology has been widely used because of its fast input speed,high reliability and large amount of information collection.The interaction between the information carried by the barcode and the background data system can accurately provide the receiving and sending information of the express,which is of great significance to the information archiving of dangerous parcels and the correct sorting of the automatic sorting system.At present,there are few researches on the image acquisition system under the high-speed state in the barcode recognition technology,and the performance of the barcode positioning method in the complex background also needs to be improved.Therefore,the key technologies in the barcode information identification are studied as follows in this subject:(1)Firstly,according to the technical requirements of the postal sorting system,the image information acquisition system of the postal surface is designed,the main equipment is selected,and the construction of the image acquisition system is completed,and the image information is collected to provide original data for subsequent image processing.(2)The image preprocessing part carries on the light equalization processing to the unevenly-lit image,so that the under-lit and over-exposed image bar code part is enhanced.The least mean square error method is used to restore the motion blur image,and the effect is obvious.Several filtering algorithms are compared to analyze the filtering effect of different images with noise.Finally,the image threshold segmentation algorithm is studied and the binarization algorithm suitable for this topic is selected.(3)In the localization and segmentation of barcode information,a localization method based on the combination of morphological processing and barcode features is proposed,which has obvious effect on the localization of barcode with arbitrary oblique Angle in complex background.The bar code after positioning is corrected,and an efficient dip Angle measurement method is proposed,which can effectively improve the bar code correction speed.Projection method is used to segment the image carefully,and a character segmentation method based on non-blank column search is proposed,which can achieve the precise segmentation of characters and barcodes.(4)In the aspect of barcode information recognition,the similar margin method is used to identify and verify the segmented barcode,and the template matching method is used to identify the characters,and the validity of the information recognition algorithm is verified.The image acquisition system designed in this paper can complete the image acquisition at high speed,and the positioning method based on the combination of morphological processing and barcode features is proposed,which can effectively solve the problem of low accuracy of barcode positioning under complex background.This topic has completed the research of key technologies such as barcode information collection,location and identification as expected.
