| Until now, people of all countries are still fighting with coronavirus fiercely. The CO VID19 vaccine has brought hope to people of all countries. However, there are still a large number of patients with new coronavirus infections around the world, and there has been a wave of local cases in China recently. The COVID-19 virus epidemic has brought people all over the world to unite and fight the threat of the virus. This is inseparable from the health knowledge related to the virus accepted by the public.Whether in the critical stage of the virus pandemic or in daily life, timely public health education is essential. In order to strengthen citizen health education and improve public health literacy, the Edutainment health system came into being. However, the current Edutainment health system mostly educates the public through knowledge questions and answers with health content embedded, which is less attractive to the public, not easy to stimulate users’ health awareness, and it is difficult for users to develop behavioral compliance tendencies. However, the exaggerated feedback mechanism and progress feedback characteristics of the information system can make the originally abstract and distant health knowledge concrete and close, and make users aware of the meaning and value of complying with healthy behaviors. Therefore,in order to provide design suggestions for the interaction of various current Edutainment health systems, this paper studies the influence of the feedback mechanism in the information system on the behavioral compliance tendency of the Edutainment health system.Based on the feedback mechanism theory in the information system, combined with the protection motivation theory, this paper collects data through questionnaire surveys, and uses structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The empirical research method studies the exaggerated feedback mechanism and progress feedback characteristics in the information system, which influence the user’s compliance intention. The research results show that in the exaggerated feedback mechanism of information systems, compared with the non-exaggerated feedback mechanism, users under the exaggerated feedback mechanism experience higher threats,fears,self-efficacy and response efficacy, and lower response costs. At the same time,in addition to perception response cost, users’ perception of threats,fears,self-efficacy and response efficacy have a positive impact on learning effects;users’perceptions of threats,fear,self-efficacy,and response efficacy have a significant positive impact on the behavioral compliance intention of the Edutainment health system, perception response costs have a significant negative impact on compliance intention.Among the characteristics of progress feedback in information systems, compared with quantitative feedback characteristics, users under qualitative feedback characteristics experience higher threats,fears,self-efficacy,and response efficacy, and lower response costs. At the same time,in addition to perceived response efficacy,The user’s threat, fear, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant impact on the user’s learning effect on the Edutainment health system, and the response cost has a negative and significant impact;the user’s perceived threat,fear,self-efficacy and response efficacy all have a significant impact on the Edutainment health system compliance intention has a significant positive effect, and the perceived cost of response has a significant negative effect. This study theoretically perfects the feedback mechanism design guidelines under the background of the Edutainment health system, and illustrates that the role of exaggerated feedback and qualitative feedback in the Edutainment health system is of great significance in guiding the design of the feedback mechanism of the Edutainment health system;from a practical point of view,It is conducive to improving users’ health protection motivation and user experience, thereby increasing user participation in the Edutainment health system, enhancing users’ understanding of health knowledge, and promoting users to form a stronger intention to comply with health behaviors. |
