Research On Optimizing The Process Of Loulan Project In Crionline

Computer software has a history of about 75 years with the advent and development of computers.The scale of computer software is becoming larger and larger,which makes the development complexity of software continue to rise.In order to solve this increasingly serious and irreversible problem,the management of software projects is research is particularly important.CRI online is a wholly-owned company of China Media Groups,responsible for the exclusive operation of the central key news website CRI.Loulan social media operation and management platform("loulan" for short)is a SaaS software developed by international online companies to adapt to the current development trend of information dissemination.Based on the agile development theory and Kanban method,this paper takes the Loulan project as the research object,and applies the Kanban method in the lean management theory to optimize the deficiencies in the current project process.This article first introduces the international online company and the Loulan project,and analyzes the current situation of the Loulan project process,and then uses the interview method to conduct an in-depth investigation of the project team and project users.The four main problems are low work efficiency of team members,disordered development rhythm,untimely response to customer demand changes,and insufficient enthusiasm of team members.In response to the above problems,this study introduces the Kanban method into the Loulan project management,combines with the existing agile development,optimizes the existing process of the Loulan project,and provides a number of safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan.Finally,combined with the data of the number of completed tasks before and after the introduction of the Kanban method in the Loulan project,the average period of demand change and other data to compare,analyze the process optimization effect,and further draw conclusions.This paper has achieved certain results in the process optimization of the international online Loulan project.The research shows that the Kanban method in the traditional production management can be well combined with the agile development in the software project management.The research conclusions of this paper can not only effectively improve the development efficiency of the International Online Loulan project,and maximize the controllability of the project development,but also these experiences have certain implications for other software projects of the International Online and the software project process optimization of other companies in the industry reference significance and reference value.
