| The 20 th century has seen a diversification of society,a rapid growth in the number of businesses of all sizes offering a wide range of job opportunities,a change in traditional labour practices,a more freely moving workforce in the marketplace and a brain drain that has become a problem for every business.As a traditional media company in Beijing,the proportion of staff leaving the company has risen sharply in recent years after the serious impact of the Internet and the epidemic in recent years,causing F Media’s reputation in the industry to plummet and the company’s reputation to Mobley be damaged.Therefore,analysing the reasons for staff departures and developing measures to retain staff and create a higher level,integrated team for the company has become one of the important factors for F Media Company to win the market.The main content of the article is to take F Media Company as an example,through the relevant research findings at home and abroad to carry out in-depth analysis,using job satisfaction,tendency to leave scale and other relevant theoretical support,using literature research method,questionnaire research method,case study method and other research tools,starting from the company’s general situation and the current situation of the company’s staff turnover,and to investigate the phenomenon of staff turnover within the company.Data was collected and information was analysed through questionnaire data and interviews to identify the main factors leading to staff turnover at F Media Company.In order to make the survey more accurate and comprehensive about the main factors of staff leaving the company,the questionnaire was developed based on the previous research results,and through discussion and refinement,it was found that the staff satisfaction of F Media Company is largely responsible for the behaviour of staff leaving the company.It was decided to include "employee satisfaction" in the survey,not only to investigate the level of job satisfaction of current employees,but also to explore the various reasons for this through face-to-face communication with them.In the media industry,employees are also more interested in spiritual pursuits.Of the various factors that influence "employee satisfaction",the promotion of oneself,the company’s promotion path and the work pressure and environment have the greatest influence on the propensity to leave a media company.In addition,the company’s management system,family support and the rise of new media all contribute to a certain extent to employees’ intention to leave.To address these reasons,we have put forward suggestions and measures at the corporate and individual levels respectively.These measures provide some insights into the future of F Media’s response to employee withdrawal from the company and provide a basis for the development of a better employee handbook and company system.Given that F Media is a representative company in the media industry,and that the author’s research and analysis has been carried out in a manner that takes into account the characteristics of the industry,the research ideas in this paper and the author’s own modest suggestions for the study will be of some relevance to similar companies in the industry. |
