| The rapid development of the Internet has led to the rapid rise of short video platforms,and people’s demand for high-quality educational content is increasing.The concept of knowledge payment has gradually entered people’s hearts,and there is a growing call for the construction of corresponding educational short video knowledge payment platforms.At present,there is relatively little research both domestically and internationally,and it is generally not yet mature.This study takes the construction of educational short video knowledge payment platforms as the research object,based on the success model of information systems and the expectation confirmation model.Based on the current platform construction and user preferences,it introduces some factors from the user experience honeycomb model and user experience element model,analyzes the relationship between these factors,and designs an influencing factor model that affects the construction of educational short video knowledge payment platforms.At the research method level,this article uses a combination of network survey,survey questionnaire,and data analysis methods,using descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis methods.Based on the above ideas and methods,this article proposes relatively reasonable assumptions on the basis of constructing a theoretical model.Adjust the research scale based on the relatively mature research done by predecessors to determine the research scale;In the subsequent formal survey,a total of 367 questionnaires were ultimately collected,and invalid questionnaires were discarded.The number of valid questionnaires was 360,with a sample pass rate of 98.09%.After descriptive statistical analysis,we found that the sample met the analysis criteria.Therefore,we conducted reliability,validity,correlation,and regression analysis on the data distribution,and the results showed that all indicators were consistent with the relevant standards.Based on research assumptions,construct a model.After empirical analysis of the optimal model,14 out of 16 research hypotheses were supported by data,indicating that these hypotheses are correct;The other two have not been confirmed,indicating that these assumptions are not valid.The final revised model empirically proves that the quality,information,content,dissemination,and service quality of the platform,as well as the usability,inclusivity,credibility,usability,and searchability of the user experience,directly affect user satisfaction,thereby affecting net revenue and the effectiveness of continuous use.There is no correlation between aesthetics,practicality,and net revenue.Finally,based on the actual situation,propose reasonable and feasible suggestions for the construction of educational short video knowledge payment platforms. |
