Design And Implementation Of Food Traceability System Based On Cross Chain

The safety of food quality is an important part of human healthy growth.Food information traceability system can become an important solution for people to understand food safety and ensure their own health.In the traditional supply chain system,there are some problems,such as strong dependence on centralized server,easy data loss and easy tampering.Therefore,the traditional food information traceability system needs to find a new technology to reform the above problems.As a new technology,blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,data tamper proof and information traceability.It is a more suitable method.However,in some current supply chain projects applying blockchain technology,there are also access control problems caused by adding upstream and downstream enterprises as peers to the same blockchain.In view of the above problems,through the research on blockchain and its cross chain technology,this paper proposes and implements a cross chain based food information traceability system scheme.The main contents include:(1)Aiming at the problems of authority control and access confusion caused by each peer joining the same blockchain in the traceability system,a cross chain scheme based on relay chain(CCSRC)is proposed.In the cross chain scheme,only the peers of the same blockchain can modify the data of the blockchain in which they are located,and the peers of other chains can only read the data.It ensures the integrity of the data of the blockchain single chain itself and the isolation of data operation authority.(2)Aiming at the problems of centralized server dependence,easy data loss and easy tampering of traditional traceability system,a solution of food traceability system based on cross chain is proposed.In the scheme,the enterprise peers are added to different blockchains,which can isolate the upstream and downstream enterprise peers of the supply chain.At the same time,the peers in the system have the function of uploading the data of food in the supply chain to the blockchain.Consumers and quality inspectors can query the complete information of food through the system,and the quality inspector has the authority to modify the data.(3)The cross chain food traceability system is implemented and tested.The test results show that the food traceability system based on cross chain can basically meet the functions of data storage and data access in the supply chain.At the same time,the visual interface is designed to facilitate the interaction between users and the system.
