| With the sustained development of economy,especially the continuous emergence of new business forms such as e-commerce driven by Internet technology,China’s total logistics demand continues to grow,and the requirements for logistics service quality also continue to upgrade.Facing the growing volume of business and increasingly complex business requirements,the original extensive profit and loss accounting method and decision-making management pattern of the postal distribution center can no longer applicable.Thus,the postal distribution center urgently needs to transform to digital with the help of new digital technology,and use data as the basic element as well as driving force to promote the transformation of the enterprise to refined profit and loss accounting and decision-making management,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the actual needs of the enterprise,an integrated system of profit and loss accounting and decision management is designed and developed,providing a solution for the digital transformation of the postal distribution center.Firstly,the development status of profit and loss accounting system of postal enterprise and the research status of integrated system of profit and loss accounting and decision-making management is analyzed,and the main research content and significance is clarified.Through in-depth research on the profit and loss accounting process and management mode of the postal distribution center,problems existing in the enterprise at the present stage are raised.After system requirements analysis,the system is divided into six functional modules,including system management module,financial management module,data aggregation and visualization module,air capacity scheduling module,enterprise publicity information management module and public service module.Secondly,the air capacity scheduling problem of postal distribution center is studied.Through the analysis and abstraction of the air capacity scheduling problem,an optimization model aiming at minimizing the transportation cost is established,and an improved crow search algorithm is proposed to solve it.By conducting a large number of experiments,the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm in solving the air capacity scheduling problem of postal distribution center is verified.Thirdly,the integrated system of profit and loss accounting and decision management is designed and implemented in detail.The layered architecture is adopted as the overall architecture of the system,on the basis of which,the back-end server is developed based on SSM.The permission management of the system is implemented by Apache Shiro framework combined with RBAC permission control model.Fast DFS distributed file system is used to solve the problem of massive excel files storage and management.The Web Socket protocol and Mi Push message open platform are used to realize the message push function of the Web and mobile terminals respectively.Moreover,the web application is developed by Vue.js,HTML,CSS,Java Script and other opensource technologies.ECharts open source tool library is used to realize the function of data visualization.Finally,the system is deployed and operated on the server.It is verified that all functions of the system can operate normally and stably,and the system has good scalability and maintainability,which meets the expected requirements of the system. |
