| The integrated circuit industry is a strategic,basic and leading industry for social development.It is an important support to ensure national information security.When the trade friction between China and the United States has become more serious,the development of integrated circuit industry has become a national strategy.Under this current situation,how to develop Chinese integrated circuit enterprises has become a common problem that we need to think about.However,there is little research on the development strategy of integrated circuit design enterprises.Under this background,this paper takes Xin Heng Wei company as the research object.When it is combined with strategic management theories and methods to analyze Xin Heng Wei company,it is hoped to find a strategic development route suitable for IC enterprises.It is hoped that the research in this paper can attract more scholars to pay more attention to the development of our country’s integrated circuit design enterprises.Firstly,this paper describes the theory of strategic management and the development status of integrated circuit enterprises in China.Secondly,it expounds the development status and main problems of Xin Heng Wei company.It is found some problems in the operation of the company,such as improper strategic positioning,too single sales model,inconsistent organizational structure with strategy and so on.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the external environment of Xin Heng Wei company from the four factors of politics,economy,society and technology.At the same time,Porter’s Five Forces Model is used to analyze the industry.Then,it is analyzed the internal environment of Xin Heng Wei company from internal resource analysis,capability analysis and evaluation matrix,and define the company’s strategic objectives through SWOT analysis.This company’s strategic objectives consist of differentiation strategy,diversification strategy and product innovation strategy.Meanwhile,it defines the product strategic layout and market strategic layout.Finally,it puts forward the development strategy and implementation strategy of Xin Heng Wei company.As the implementation of the development strategy,Xin Heng Wei company should do in-depth independent research,strengthen the construction of sales team,strengthening intellectual property management,optimize organizational structure,strengthen human resource management and so on.At present,the development of our country’s integrated circuit design enterprises is facing severe tests,and the choice of strategy is the first issue that integrated circuit enterprises need to consider.The formulation and implementation of strategy determines how far enterprises can go in the integrated circuit industry.Through a series of strategic management analysis,this paper formulates specific strategic strategies and implementation plans for Xin Heng Wei company.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide help for the development of Xin Heng Wei company. |
