Design And Implementation Of S Group Enterprise Information Portal System

With the development of digitalization and informatization globally,traditional enterprises urgently need to build informatization platform and achieve digital transformation in order to enhance the competitive strength of the industry.As an important part in SD industry,S Group’s business covers multiple aspects.However,the problems in Enterprise Information Portal(EIP)system have gradually been exposed recently,due to development of business and the emergence of new types of business.On the one hand,the traditional monolithic architecture-based system is hard to hold the current emerging services.On the other hand,developing new services becomes difficult due to the highly coupled system resulted by the continuous development of new services.Thus,we propose to build an Enterprise Information Portal system based on the microservice architecture,which is highly flexible,easy to maintain,and easy to use.We first do a research on the current business status and management status of the S Group.Based on this,we give a detailed design of the system functional modules and the system data architecture.According to the type of business,the system is divided into four modules,i.e.,unified management module,technological innovation module,business collaboration module and information module.Subsequently,we select the latest system development tools and build a detailed implementation plan which guides the implementation of the system.Finally,we test the performance of this system based on current test tools used by the industry and give an analysis on the results.It is necessary to carry out the research of S Group’s Enterprise Information Portal system since it could promote the communication and productive forces of S Group.Besides,such system is of great significance on strengthening the company’s capabilities,optimizing of enterprise resource allocation and promoting business cooperation capabilities.
