In the era of digital economy,industrial Internet always develops with the advancement of 5G network,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence technology,and big data technology.Industrial control systems have also become more intelligent and networked,but at the same time,industrial control systems have become more complex and huge,and are more exposed and open to security threats.In order to enhance the security of industrial control devices and systems,this thesis focuses on industrial control device testing and covers three aspects: the automated deployment of a virtual-physical interconnection industrial control testing platform,the semi-automated implementation of cyber-physical interconnection,and network traffic collection in cyber-physical links.The automated deployment of a cyber-physical interconnection industrial control testing platform provides a platform for the subsequent semi-automatic implementation of cyber-physical interconnection and traffic collection,while the implementation of cyber-physical interconnection serves as the basis for traffic collection,which is of great significance for industrial control device testing.The main contributions of this article include: 1)addressing the special requirements of industrial control device testing platforms in cyber-physical interconnection scenarios,proposing a template-based OpenStack automated deployment framework,and completing the corresponding tools.These tools enable industrial control testing personnel to quickly build cyber-physical interconnection industrial control testing platforms while retaining the scalability and flexibility of manual integration and solving the problem of insufficient usability of other automated integration deployment tools.2)Addressing the complex implementation process of cyber-physical interconnection and the difficulty of managing cyber-physical interconnection networks,this article proposes a semi-automated solution based on Openv Switch and implements corresponding tools.These tools allow industrial control testing personnel to deploy testing scenarios quickly and conveniently without having to worry about the underlying complexities of cyber-physical networks,simplifying the steps and processes of cyber-physical interconnection in industrial control testing and reducing the difficulty of managing cyber-physical interconnection networks.3)Addressing the traffic collection requirements of industrial control testing,this article proposes a virtual port mirroring-based method for traffic collection in cyber-physical links.Through the collaborative work of the mirroring management module,mirroring configuration script,and traffic collection module,the method ensures the flexible and orderly implementation of traffic collection by unifying the management of virtual port mirroring.Through experimental verification and comparison,the automated deployment method proposed in this article can run stably and ensure the availability of the platform;the semi-automated cyber-physical interconnection tool can effectively ensure the connectivity and isolation of cyber-physical interconnection networks;and the implementation of traffic collection can meet the testing needs of different industrial control scenarios.
