Study On Co-authorship Mode And Interdisciplinarity Of High Downloaded Academic Papers In Humanities And Social Sciences

Under the current background of big science,research cooperation and interdisciplinary research have become the mainstream form of academic research.In terms of research cooperation,the co-authorship mode is divided mainly by author identity background information and institution information,such as author title,age,gender,institution information and institution location.Or from the perspective of the network to build a co-authorship network,and on this basis to study the co-authorship model.In terms of interdisciplinary research,the research is mainly carried out from the perspectives of citation,cooperation and publication,among which the citation perspective is the mainstream of interdisciplinary research.However,at present,citation based research generally classifies papers based on the journal classification number,resulting in large errors,especially in comprehensive journals.Therefore,this paper uses The Chinese Library Classification Method to classify the papers published in the four disciplines of Library and Information Science,Law,Management Science,Journalism and Communication from 2008 to 2018,so as to improve the accuracy of subject classification.In this study,the papers with the top 20% download times of the four disciplines were defined as high-download papers,and the papers with the lower 20% download times were defined as lowdownload papers the authors were grouped according to the number of academic papers downloaded,and the co-authorship mode was studied from the perspectives of institution and co-author.From the perspective of institution,the co-authorship mode was divided into the single-author mode,intra-institution co-authorship mode and inter-institution co-authorship mode.On this basis,according to the nature of institutions,the co-authorship modes are further divided into "school-school","school-research","research" and other modes.Author coauthorship Perspective The author co-authorship network was constructed based on Gephi,and the Louvain algorithm was used to extract the appropriate size of the co-authorship team,and the co-authorship was divided into single-core mode,dual-core mode,multi-core mode and equilibrium mode according to certain rules.At the same time,the co-occurrence calculation was carried out according to the subject classification numbers of papers in different groups and the reference classification numbers.On this basis,the interdisciplinary network was constructed using Gephi to explore the interdisciplinary between different groups from the perspective of subject diversity and subject cohesion.The main conclusions are as follows: In terms of the co-authorship model,(1)Law tends to be in the independent mode,other subjects tend to be in the intra-institution and interinstitution co-authoring mode,while low-download group papers tend to be in the independent mode;(2)Except for management,the other disciplines have different characteristic institutions,and the papers with high download grouping are mainly co-authored by universities or universities and other institutions,while the co-authored papers with low download grouping can better reflect the characteristic institutions of the discipline;(3)The co-authorship among authors of different disciplines is mainly in single-core mode and balanced mode.In terms of interdiscipline,(1)The number of subjects involved in the high download group is generally lower than that in the low download group,and the knowledge of the high download group is more concentrated;(2)The degree of communication within the high download group is much closer than that of the low download group;(3)With the subdivision of disciplines,the subjects near the top ten have a tendency to gather under the same level of discipline,and the proportion of knowledge absorbed is also higher and higher,and there is no big difference between the two groups of central disciplines;(4)With the subdivision of discipline granularity,the Overall Brillouin index increases,while the index of discipline specialization decreases,indicating that with the subdivision of discipline,the important discipline nodes in each grouping involve more and more extensive and balanced disciplines;(5)The interdisciplinary degree of law is the lowest and the most professional,while the interdisciplinary degree of graphics and management is higher.
