Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the county-level integrated media center has become the "last kilometer" to open up the grass-roots ideological and cultural construction.In the process of the construction of the county-level integrated media center,the talent team is the top priority.The current situation of talent team construction of county-level integrated media center,what problems exist and how to solve them are the problems to be solved in this study.From the perspective of "media integration",this paper carries out its work through literature collection and sorting,in-depth interviews and case analysis.Specifically,firstly,the development process and construction status of county-level integrated media centers are analyzed through literature collection,and then the dual identity nature of talents in countylevel integrated media centers is analyzed in combination with relevant professional knowledge such as "administrative management" and "human resource management".After setting up a complete theoretical framework,three representative county-level integrated media centers in Hunan Province are selected for investigation,Finally,it summarizes the problems existing in the construction of talent team of county-level integrated media center in Hunan Province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Through the investigation of the development status of county-level integrated media centers in Hunan Province and the research and analysis of the talent team construction of three county-level integrated media centers,it is found that at present,the county-level integrated media centers in Hunan Province have basically realized the reorganization of organizational structure and carried out preliminary management mechanism reform,but there are still some problems,such as insufficient matching between the functional positioning of the talent team and the center,lack of ability and vitality of the talent team The problems of rigid talent team management mechanism,imperfect incentive mechanism and neglect of talent training are summarized.The reason lies in the contradiction between the traditional management concept of county-level integrated media center and the development of new institutions.At the same time,the economic development degree of its county and the attention paid to the construction of integrated media are also the main influencing factors of development.In order to solve the above problems,this paper believes that the talent team construction of county-level integrated media center should innovate the management concept and create the central culture from a macro perspective to provide a good environment for the talent team construction.At the same time,this paper puts forward suggestions from the three aspects of talent selection,training,assessment and incentive.
