In today’s increasingly fierce competition in the international market,the manufacturing industry,as the core and main body of a country’s real economy,faces a rapidly changing development environment,bears multiple development tasks,and plays a pivotal role in the national economy.At present,the overall level of my country’s manufacturing industry in key technologies is still at the bottom of the international market,and there is still a big gap with developed countries in Europe and the United States.With the improvement of per capita salary and social security in my country,the low labor cost advantage of the manufacturing industry is quickly exhausted.Whether it is the pressure brought about by changes in the external environment such as the layout of the industrial chain and the international trade situation,or the internal conditions and environmental requirements of the rapid development of China’s market economy,China’s manufacturing industry is driving my country’s manufacturing industry to enter the rapid and healthy development track of digital transformation and upgrading as soon as possible.In recent years,domestic leading manufacturing enterprises have carried out digital management accounting reform through the transformation of business processes and the application and integration of new generation technologies such as advanced big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,blockchain,and virtual and augmented reality.The exploration of financial digital transformation,such as the reconstruction of financial information management model,leads a new round of industrialization and leap-forward development of financial management digital technology.This paper takes SD Group’s financial digital transformation practice as a case,and draws on the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign financial digital transformation.It aims to analyze and refine the existing problems of its financial management by studying the current situation of SD Group’s financial digital transformation,and to make transformation optimization plans and safeguard measures.It is hoped that this case will reflect the common problems existing in the financial digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,provide a good reference for accelerating the process of financial digital transformation of the country’s manufacturing enterprises,avoid detours and wrong paths,and contribute to the development of my country’s digital economy.First,it reviews the relevant theoretical researches on digital economy,manufacturing digitization and financial digital transformation at home and abroad;secondly,it explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this practical research;then,taking SD Group as the research object,analyzes and extracts its financial management The four key problems of the company are inconsistency in data standards,difficult to guarantee quality,insufficient refinement of operating profit and loss,fragmentation and integration of business and financial information to be optimized,and insufficient financial support strategies.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and case study results,five safeguard measures are put forward to design a special financial digital transformation management team,shape the cultural concept with digital transformation as the core,build a digital talent team,match the digital system and strictly control data security.In order to facilitate the effective implementation of SD Group’s financial digital transformation and construction.
