Evaluation Index Construction And Empirical Study On The Social Transformation Of Research Outputs In The Era Of Converged Media

The rapid development of converged media has brought unprecedented development opportunities to the dissemination and transformation of scientific research outputs.However,how to make comprehensive analysis of the influence of converged media to the current status,efficiency and effectiveness of social transformation of research outputs are the core issues that need to be solved urgently.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to conduct evaluation research on the social transformation of scientific research outputs in the era of converged of media.Objective: Through constructing the evaluation index system of social transformation of scientific research achievements based on the era of converged media,and carrying out empirical evaluation of social transformation efficiency of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC),countermeasures and suggestions are provided for promoting social transformation of scientific research achievementsMethods: Firstly,we sorted out the research status and development trend at home and abroad through literature,and relevant concepts and theories are defined.Then,based on innovation diffusion theory,input-output theory and characteristics of converged media,relevant evaluation indicators are selected to construct an evaluation index system of social transformation of scientific research outputs in the converged media era.Finally,the concluded project funded by the NSFC in 2019 was selected as the research object,and the DEA model was used to conduct empirical research,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Results: The evaluation index system of social transformation of scientific research outputs in the era of converged media is constructed.Empirical study results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of traditional media,new media and converged media transformation of the included projects are above 0.85 in terms of disciplines,project categories and supporting organization.According to the classification of different disciplines,the effective rate of converged media,traditional media and new media transformation is 75%,50% and 62.5% in order.According to the classification of different fund categories,the input and output of general project,youth scientists fund project,key project and major research plan are positively correlated.According to the classification of different supporting organizations,the effective rate of converged media,traditional media and new media transformation is90.9%,54.55% and 68.18% in order.Conclusion: The evaluation index system of social transformation of scientific research outputs in the era of converged of media has been constructed and verified.Empirical research shows that the overall input-output level of the completed projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2019 is relevantly effective.
