| With the increasingly fierce competition in the global market and the growth of customers’ personalized demand for products,manufacturing enterprises have changed from the market competition based on products and productivity to the production system competition based on customers requirement.In this context,the core goal of enterprises has gradually changed from producing limited products for market segments to providing customers with products that meet their personalized requirements.Whether customer requirements are satisfied or not has become a key factor of product development success or failure.Therefore,this thesis focuses on customer demand-driven product optimization design and supplier selection method.The main contents include:(1)Importance analysis of product engineering characteristics.Based on cloud model,Quality Function Deployment(QFD),Analytical Network Process(ANP)and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA),this thesis proposes an integrated research method cloud-ANP-QFD-GRA,which takes customer requirements into account in the analysis of the importance of product engineering characteristics,and effectively deals with the fuzziness and randomness in the process of product design through Cloud model.Firstly,cloud model is combined with network hierarchical analysis method to analyze the hierarchical relationship and mutual relationship of sustainable customer requirements,so as to obtain the importance of customer requirement.Secondly,customer requirement is transformed into engineering characteristics by establishing the correlation matrix between customer demand and product engineering characteristics.Finally,the cloud model and grey relational analysis are combined to analyze the engineering characteristics of the product,so as to effectively deal with the problem of small samples in the analysis process of product design characteristics and the correlation of product engineering characteristics,and determine the comprehensive importance of product engineering characteristics by combining the subjective importance of product engineering characteristics.(2)Optimization analysis of product engineering characteristics target value.In order to design the product with maximum customer satisfaction,an optimization model was established to analyze the target value based on the importance analysis of engineering characteristics of the product.Aiming at the problem of fuzziness and randomness of customer satisfaction and cost information in the optimization model,a Cloud optimization model with maximum customer satisfaction as the target and product engineering characteristics as the constraint of Cloud cost and competition level is established by using these uncertain information processed by Cloud model.According to the specific characteristics of cloud optimization model of product engineering characteristics target value,an adaptive genetic algorithm was designed based on the framework of genetic algorithm,in order to improve the solution quality and search ability of the algorithm,so as to realize the optimization of product engineering characteristics target value in fuzzy environment.(3)Research and analysis of multi-objective integrated optimization for supplier selection and order allocation.In order to complete the product design planning,enterprises need to purchase raw materials with good performance to support the development of products.Therefore,based on the traditional procurement theory of price-centered theory,the performance achievement degree,sustainability and procurement interruption risk of purchased products are considered.The integrated optimization model of supplier selection and order allocation oriented to product design optimization is constructed with the objectives of product performance,sustainability and price.Pareto solution set of supplier selection and order allocation scheme is obtained through the improved non-dominated genetic algorithm to provide decision-makers with alternative procurement schemes,help enterprises to design products that meet customer needs and have core competitiveness.In addition,taking washing machine as an example,the above theoretical research content is verified to prove the feasibility of the research content of this thesis. |
