| With the rapid development of Internet and AI technology and the internal demand of domestic industrial situation,the traditional manufacturing industry is developing in the direction of "intelligent manufacturing" and "network collaborative manufacturing",which has the characteristics of industrial interconnection and integrates big data analysis,fault diagnosis,visual monitoring,intelligent optimization and other technologies.Cyber Physical System is highly integrated,industrial data has become a core element of modern manufacturing,cloud-side data interaction presents the characteristics of cross-system and cross-platform.Monitoring the data of a large number of heterogeneous manufacturing resource entities and connecting them to the cloud has become a key part of network collaborative manufacturing.The traditional industrial mode of data acquisition has been difficult to meet the requirements of cross-platform and collaborative cloud data acquisition.Therefore,how to make a reasonable description and digital encapsulation of manufacturing resources,including human,machine,material,method and ring,so as to further carry out cloud data collection and realize the virtual-real interaction process of manufacturing resources,has become an important research direction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The manufacturing resources of various types and large quantities are classified,summarized and described,and the attributes of the network collaborative manufacturing resources are divided according to their own characteristics,and the metadata of manufacturing resources is formed.A manufacturing resource modeling method based on OWL in networked collaborative manufacturing mode is proposed,and an example of manufacturing resource ontology model is constructed,which embodies the digital description and encapsulation of manufacturing resources and provides an effective reference for the collaborative interaction and data exchange process of networked collaborative manufacturing.(2)In order to meet the needs of industrial data cloud collection,the main data encapsulation technology and network communication means are studied,and a cloud-side data exchange method based on RESTful Web Services is proposed.Based on the modeling and description of manufacturing resources,the method implements the data exchange process by issuing the Web open interface through the cloud platform and calling the interface on the edge side.Using Spring Boot framework,through the construction of cloud and edge data exchange module,the system implementation of the method is made,and the data-to-cloud process of static data and dynamic data of manufacturing resources is completed.(3)In order to meet the needs of virtual-reality interaction of 3D visualization of manufacturing resources,a reliable real-time communication method,3D simulation software and system implementation method are studied.A virtual-reality linkage scheme of 3D visualization of manufacturing resources in cloud based on OPC UA is proposed.In this method,data access is carried out by building an OPC UA server,and Visual Components simulation software is used as an OPC UA client for visual presentation.The switches and hosts are used to simulate the cloud-side cross-network environment,and the system scheme is realized by taking the 6-axis manipulator as an example. |
