Smart tourism is the key direction of China’s tourism information construction,the whole area smart tourism platform is an important bearing platform of the whole area tourism information construction,is an important channel to connect tourists,enterprises and competent units,to assist travel-related enterprises to access the whole area smart tourism platform is the urgent problem of county-level cultural and tourism units.This paper establishes a KANO-AHP requirement analysis model for the Xiushui County-wide intelligent tourism project under development by a Beijing-based company,and studies in depth how the tourism IT service provider can design and develop a software platform to meet user requirements based on the project requirement specification based on the prototype method.This paper extends the adaptation of KANO model and hierarchical analysis method to the requirement analysis work in the field of construction of information technology platform for the whole area of tourism,and lays the foundation for further potential application work by completing the prototype design of the whole area of intelligent tourism project in Xiushui County,and this work is expected to provide a reference for Internet product design.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Based on the two-factor theory,the application of the KANO model analysis method in the demand analysis of small program products was studied.The first is to collect user feedback in the form of online questionnaires and use Excel for preliminary data processing of user demand research data;the second is based on SPSSAU data scientific analysis platform,using KANO model analysis method to process and analyze the questionnaire results data after using digital signs,and obtain the demand attributes of the intelligent tourism service platform.(2)Based on the multi-objective decision methodology,the application of hierarchical analysis in the demand analysis of the whole area wisdom tourism project is studied,which solves the problem of how to prioritize the demand in the face of multi-objective complex demand in the product design work.This paper uses hierarchical analysis based on MATLAB software to calculate and rank the weights of functional requirement indicators for service platform and management platform respectively,and explains the requirement prioritization in prototype design.(3)Based on the theory of minimal feasible product,the application of rapid prototype iteration method in the prototype design of the whole-area smart tourism project is studied.In this paper,three regional smart tourism applets are selected as competing products: "One Mobile Phone Touring Yunnan","Smart Zibo BBQ Service",and "One Mobile Phone Touring Luding",respectively,from ticket We analyze the functions/services such as reservation,guided tour,consultation and help,toilet search,online complaint,etc.This paper uses the rapid prototype iteration method based on Axure RP rapid prototyping tool to create use case diagrams,flowcharts,prototype diagrams and interaction descriptions of the smart tourism service platform and smart tourism management platform,and thus constructs a region-wide smart tourism platform for Xiushui County visitors to promote and enrich the healthy and sustainable development of tourism products.
