| At present,the pace of file information management is accelerating with the development of Internet technology,and electronic files have become the mainstream way of information recording and transmission because of their advantages of high density of information storage and convenient management.However,there are still some difficulties in the implementation of the management of electronic documents.Single-copy system depends on the software and hardware environment,and the integration,packaging and unpacking of electronic files and metadata are not stable and independent.The potential threats such as Trojan virus,malicious tampering and information leakage make single-copy system unable to meet the requirements of permanent preservation,readability,availability,authenticity and integrity,and blockchain technology has natural advantages in solving the current dilemma of single-copy system.In this paper,firstly,the application of blockchain technology to ensure the "four characteristics" of electronic documents is described in detail,then the project of building a blockchain platform for university archives that the author participated in is analyzed,and its overall architecture and main functional modules are sorted out.Aiming at the shortcomings of this project,a single-set management model of electronic documents based on blockchain technology is constructed,and how blockchain technology can ensure the "four characteristics" of electronic documents in the whole life cycle of electronic documents and promote the sharing and utilization of electronic documents is expounded.Finally,some optimization suggestions for the application of electronic documents to single-set electronic documents are put forward.Blockchain technology and file management have a natural fit,showing unparalleled technical advantages in the single-copy management of electronic documents. |
