Research On The Innovation And Development Of TCM Health Columns Under The Trend Of New Health Concept

Nowadays,with the improvement of Chinese people’s living standard and the enhancement of health awareness,many young people also join the army of health preservation.As a treasure of ancient Chinese science,TCM contains thousands of years of Chinese health concepts and practical experience,which makes TCM health programs become a platform for sharing health knowledge with a certain market scale.At present,there are not many TCM health care programs on the media,but there are few programs that introduce the program process from the perspective of young people and use the way they like to tell and play.This is the original intention of the creation of this column.In this paper,the graduation work "Traditional Chinese medicine health Skills" column as a case,from the concept of new health concepts and traditional Chinese medicine health programs,new health concepts on the development of traditional Chinese medicine health programs,as well as the graduation work of traditional Chinese medicine culture,traditional health concept inheritance and program communication mode innovation.It is proposed that programs aimed at young audiences should adhere to cultural inheritance and literary and artistic innovation,change the interest orientation on the basis of ensuring the audience rating of the program,and effectively reach young people through young creative means and diversified communication channels.Thus,while ensuring the knowledge content and professionalism of the program,It can not only inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine culture but also meet the information needs of the young audience for traditional Chinese medicine health care.It is of great practical significance to lock in the young audience and satisfy the people’s yearning for a better life.
