| This study takes the events involving the plight of food delivery riders from September 8,2020 to January 31,2022 as the research scope.The qualitative and qualitative research method explores the frame bias characteristics and influencing factors formed by different media in the frame construction,and on the basis of specific media frame resonance effectiveness analysis and theoretical review,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for media to improve the frame resonance effectiveness.The study found that in the attribution of the plight of takeaway riders,party media,commercial media and self-media have constructed the framework of“platform blame”,“strict assessment mechanism” and “unreasonable algorithm/system”.The basic viewpoints of algorithm technology remain the same,but in general,they show relatively different framework characteristics.The party media is more inclined to highlight the framework of "new business development",choosing to highlight the positive impact of new business formats represented by the takeaway industry on stimulating economic vitality,creating employment opportunities and improving the efficiency of public life,so as to eliminate the individual encounters in the macro background.The difficulties encountered imply that the “dilemma of takeaway riders” is the only way and pain for the development of the platform economy,which weakens the real contradictions to a certain extent;the commercial media uses experts and scholars as the main framework providers,and builds more thematic frameworks such as “Gig Worker’s Disadvantages” and“Industry Bottleneck Period” guide and imply the national macroeconomic development and the government’s attitude towards the gig economy to some extent,which has led to the predicament of food delivery riders;the construction of the attribution framework of We Media It shows strong conflict and extremeness.On the one hand,the “capital exploitation” framework classifies the dilemma of food delivery riders as a problem of labor and capital conflicts,and considers it to be irreconcilable.On the other hand,the “evil of technology” framework completely denies it.The positive impact of science and technology,the belief that technology alienates human beings.Based on the analysis results,it is found that there are three main factors affecting the construction of the framework: 1.Media with different attributes have different ideological attributes,social responsibilities,value orientations and interests,which affect the construction of the framework;2.Differences in content production mechanisms It also leads to differences in the construction of media frameworks:professional institutional media(party media and commercial media)have a relatively fixed news production process,showing the characteristics of specialization and structure,while the content production of self-media generally presents a “weak gatekeeper” “The characteristics of "arbitrary”;3.The use of knowledge also affects the construction of the framework.Framing is a process of using knowledge,which shows the causal relationship between things,can classify all events and experiences in society and nature,and provides a typed schema for the meaning of things.The media and framework providers use different knowledge to create connections between things,influencing the construction of frameworks to a certain extent.This study believes that the frame has the function of constructing social reality and social mobilization.Therefore,based on the analysis of the resonance effectiveness and theoretical thinking of the specific frame,this study proposes to rationally use the emotional element,use the frame of the elite group and expand the scope,Improve frame expression and innovative use of visual frames,and attach importance to the frames provided by the core figures of the issue.These four media frame countermeasures suggest that the media will play a more powerful role in maintaining social stability,guiding rational and healthy social discussion,and promoting problem solving. |
