| Under the background of digital age,the digital transformation of enterprises in China is in the historical opportunity period of vigorous development of digital economy.At the same time,it is also facing severe challenges of both ends extrusion and low-end locking.The lag of digital transformation of enterprises has become the main factor restricting the rise of enterprises and the high-quality development of economy in China,and it is also a realistic problem to be solved urgently.As the digital transformation of enterprises is inseparable from the interaction with other stakeholders,innovation ecosystem,as a new type of innovation organization structure formed in the era of innovation paradigm 3.0 to cope with the digital economic environment,is becoming the dominant form and important guarantee of today ’s digital transformation of enterprises.Promoting the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem and forming a digital enterprise innovation ecosystem have become an important way and new focus to break through the lag dilemma of enterprise digital transformation and construct digital competitive advantage.Under this background,the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem has become a significant development problem and frontier theoretical problem.In addition,the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem is an adaptive evolution behavior of enterprise innovation ecosystem to adapt to the development of digital economy,and the evolution of complex systems is mainly driven by the interaction between subjects in the system.Multidimensional proximity,as an important influencing factor driving or hindering the innovation and cooperation relationship between subjects,has a key impact on the interaction behavior,interaction mode,interaction mechanism and interaction effect of subjects,which determines the process,direction and result of system evolution.Therefore,exploring the impact mechanism of multidimensional proximity on enterprise innovation ecosystem is crucial to understand the evolution logic and internal mechanism of digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Based on this,this paper fully considers the innovation-driven nature and systematic characteristics of enterprise digital transformation,and takes the innovation ecosystem as the basic analysis unit.Based on the theory of enterprise digital transformation,innovation ecosystem and multidimensional proximity,this paper comprehensively uses literature research method,theoretical analysis method,induction and deduction method and multi-agent modeling and simulation method to study the influence of multidimensional proximity on the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of enterprise digital transformation,innovation ecosystem and multidimensional proximity are clarified,and the thought process and advantages of multi-agent modeling and simulation are expounded.Then,the micro mechanism of multidimensional proximity affecting the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem is summarized and deduced from three stages of digital technology information acquisition,digital technology adoption decision and digital technology integration transformation.Then,the small world network simulation analysis model is constructed from the premise and assumption of the model construction,the design of the interaction rules of the simulation subject,the design of the simulation parameters and the design of the simulation measurement index.Finally,the simulation results are summarized and analyzed from three aspects : single proximity change,two-dimensional proximity interaction change and multidimensional proximity interaction change.The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the digital transformation effect of enterprise innovation ecosystem from the perspective of multidimensional proximity are put forward from three aspects : how to pay attention to the timing correlation of proximity development,how to avoid the locking effect of proximity excessive and how to highlight the collaborative development of proximity interaction.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)Multidimensional proximity has a reasonable range of changes.Excessive multidimensional proximity will bring locking effect to the digital transformation process of enterprise innovation ecosystem.(2)Multidimensional proximity has complementary effect in the process of digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem;(3)In the process of digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem,geographical proximity mainly plays a role in the early stage,technological proximity mainly plays a role in the middle stage,and social proximity mainly plays a role in the later stage;(4)The combination of technological proximity and social proximity is most conducive to improving the performance level of digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem.Through the research of this paper,the theoretical system and method system of the evolution of innovation ecosystem are further enriched,and the cross-integration among the digital transformation of enterprises,innovation ecosystem and multidimensional proximity research is promoted.It has important theoretical guidance and reference significance for the decision-making of digital technology adoption,innovation partners,the regulation and control of multidimensional proximity,and the formulation of digital transformation policies in the digital transformation of enterprise innovation ecosystem. |
