On April 14,2021,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing"(draft for comments).The best way to digitally and intelligently transform your business.Sequential Function Chart(SFC)is a graphical language for describing sequential control processes,functions and characteristics.As one of the important components of the digital twin of the sequential control system,it can carry out various simulations,analysis,data accumulation and mining based on digital models,and even apply artificial intelligence,and ensure the digital twin.Applicability to realistic physical systems.As a method to express control flow,SFC has not been fully explored and promoted.Studying the specification of sequential function diagram and its application in sequential control system is an important direction to promote the application of digital twin and the innovative development of intelligent manufacturing.This research takes Sequential Function Chart as the main research object,Automation Studio software as the main tool,GBT 21654-2008 "GRAFCET Specification Language for Sequential Function Chart" as the standard,GBT 15969.3-2017 Programmable Logic Controller No.3 Part: Programming Language-1_SFC Part as a reference,discusses the use specification of sequential function chart,and explores the implementation method of applying it to different operation management modes of sequential control system,and provides a structured guide for creating sequential control system.On the basis of standard SFC design,this study also designs a humanmachine interface for the automatic start-stop system of the unit based on SFC,which can display the running system and the actions performed in the sequential control system,to meet the comprehensive and flexible operation mode of unit-level control,realize manual intervention control such as reset,termination,skipping,and pause,and track the operation changes of the system in real time after operation.Sequential Function Chart is the preferred method for designing structured automation controls.They bring a new dimension of thinking on how to build smart manufacturing projects easily and efficiently.They help to quickly design the sequence of operations and correlate them before the project is implemented.verify.It also helps engineers,customers and maintenance personnel gain a better understanding of equipment operation processes by supplementing project documentation.This work enables engineers to rapidly implement a sequential function diagram model for designing a control system while maintaining its control characteristics,exploring new approaches for the application and design of sequential control systems.At the same time,the specification of the sequential function diagram and the application research in the sequential control system have a significant role in promoting the digitalization of enterprises and the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.It is an innovative idea to explore and realize intelligent transformation.
