This study aims to explore and optimize the marketing strategy of Daraz.pk,one of the leading ecommerce platforms in Pakistan.With the rapid growth of online shopping,it has become crucial for companies like Daraz.pk to continually refine and adapt their marketing strategies to stay competitive in the market.This study employed a comprehensive research methodology,including secondary data analysis,surveys,to examine the current marketing practices employed by Daraz.pk and identify areas for improvement.The research focused on several key aspects of marketing strategy,including customer segmentation,branding,customer satisfaction,and customer engagement.By analyzing customer data,the study aims to gain insights into the preferences,needs,and behavior of Daraz.pk’s target audience.Significant customer satisfaction revealed one of the main advantages of current marketing strategy of the company,however,findings of the present study further provide an opportunity for the optimization of its marketing strategy.Based on the findings,the study recommends for optimizing Daraz.pk’s marketing strategy.These recommendations include tailored marketing campaigns for different customer segments,improvements in brand positioning and messaging,optimization of promotional activities to maximize customer reach and conversion rates,and enhancement of customer engagement through personalized and interactive experiences.
