In recent years,3D printing technology has attracted much attention due to its advantages of fast printing speed,molding accuracy and high degree of personalization.Compared with similar technology products,LCD 3D printing technology has obvious advantages in cost and open source.However,due to the lack of molding temperature detection and control devices,it is difficult to meet the special requirements for temperature,resulting in LCD 3D printers are difficult to be widely promoted in the current application market.Therefore,this paper designs and builds an LCD 3D printing device with molding temperature detection and control functions.Firstly,according to the design requirements,this paper uses SOLIDWORKS software to construct a three-dimensional model of LCD 3D printer,and uses COMSOL Multiphysics6.0 software to analyze the overall structure of LCD 3D printing device,and calculates the sixth-order characteristic frequency.The simulation results show that the characteristic frequency of the LCD 3D printer and the motion frequency of each moving part of the printer do not resonate,indicating that the structural design and material selection of the platform are reasonable,which can effectively ensure the smooth operation of the LCD 3D printer.Then,in the research of temperature detection and temperature control module,the temperature sensor was used to complete the real-time temperature detection of the light curing solution and obtain its temperature change data.Through data comparison,the temperature controller is used to make the light-curing solution reach and maintain the preset temperature to achieve the control of the light-curing molding temperature.In addition,the temperature control process was simulated using the Simulation module in SOLIDWORKS software,which verified the reliability of the temperature sensing and control scheme of the device.Finally,using photosensitive resin as the printing material,the working performance of the developed LCD 3D printing device was tested and verified from the aspects of molding accuracy,exposure time and mechanical properties.
