| This study takes Enterprise Video Conferencing Products as the practice subject and applies the Scenario-Based design theory and method to discuss the innovative design practice process of video conferencing products.The purpose is to define the user scenarios of enterprise video conferencing,explore core demands,gain insight into innovation opportunities,establish p rototype schemes and complete user experience measurement evaluation of design schemes through scenario-based theories and methods.Finally,a set of user-centered,efficient,complete,professional and easy-to-use enterprise video conference product desig n scheme is formed.The continuing spread of COVID-19 has accelerated the demand for video conferencing applications.Compared with the traditional meeting mode,the video conference mode is not limited by time and space,can effectively improve the efficiency of the meeting.Enterprise video conferencing pay more attention to secure and efficient conference experience and appeal.How to optimize and improve user experience on the basis of ensuring the demands of enterprises,users and information security is the key topic of this study.In this study,Scene Theories such as scene description,scene element definition,user action point entry method,user experience map and scene prototype design are applied to drive the product design of enterprise video co nference client.The design trend of video conference client is studied by literature research and case analysis.Through the demand analysis model to define the core user scenarios,mining the core demands of users;The interaction design prototype scheme and user experience measurement model of conference room video conference client are constructed by the method of prototype design.The usability of the design scheme was evaluated and measured by means of user interview and field observation.To sum up,this paper sorts out the relevant theories and methods of scenarioization and Interaction design.The model framework of interaction design driven by scene theory is set up.This paper extends and supplements the application of scene theory in product interaction design.In terms of the design process of video conference,this study summarizes and summarizes the whole link demand delivery process from focusing on core scene problems,insight into user needs,mining innovation opportunities and proposing inn ovative solutions to scheme verification.A new path of product interaction design practice driven by scene theory is constructed.The process and conclusion of this study are of reference value for interaction designers,experience designers and product m anagers of Internet products in their research and practice. |
