The Research On New Rural Elite Culture Reports From The Perspective Of Constructive Journalism

The rural revitalization strategy plays an important role in our country’s current development process.Building new rural elite culture can play a boosting role in the revitalization of rural areas.Based on the perspective of constructive journalism,taking the relevant reports of new rural elite culture as the research object,this paper analyzes and interprets the constructive elements in the current reports of new rural elite culture,which is conducive to the construction of new rural elite culture and the promotion of new rural elite culture’s publicity effect.New rural elite culture repor is a report that reflects the behavior of new rural elites in serving the countryside,highlights the value of new rural elite culture,and promotes the overall revitalization of the countryside.The article selects the representative mainstream media website People’s Daily Online as the sample source,and conducts a quantitative analysis of the new rural elite culture reports from three perspectives: the number of reports,the source of the reports,and the regions of the reports.The results show that the current new rural elite culture reports are increasing year by year in number,rich in sources,and geographically spread across many provinces.From the context and text,perspective and issues,it is found that the cultural reports of new rural elite are affected by the political context under the rural revitalization policy,the media ecological context in the process of integration and transformation,and the economic and social context of unbalanced urban and rural development.It has the text characteristics of highlighting the positive tendency in high-frequency vocabulary,emphasizing the participation of new rural elite in the use of sentence patterns,highlighting the local attributes in the title setting,and paying attention to the construction plan of new rural elite culture in the selection of content.In terms of the choice of news perspectives,the new rural elite culture report shows the characteristics of mainly focusing on the perspective of government organization and management,supplemented by the perspective of the behavior of capable people and sages and the perspective of ordinary villagers’ life.In terms of news topics,the new rural elite culture report covers the three practical activities of the new rural elite group leading the rural civilization,boosting economic development,and solving governance problems,which comprehensively demonstrates the practical significance and role of the new rural elite culture.From the summary of the discourse characteristics of new rural elite culture report,we can see its existing problems.Starting from the concept of constructive journalism,the main problems of the current new rural elite culture reports are that the content is relatively similar,the use of public discourse is still insufficient,and the and the setting of constructive journalism elements such as Future-oriented needs to be improved..In response to the above problems,Chinese media should create differentiated content of rural customs,condense the diverse discourse of the public,improve the constructive awareness of editors and editors,learn from the existing practical experience of constructive journalism,and continue to explore the development path of China’s new rural elite culture reports.
