| Advertising is one of the main ways for Internet companies to realize.As Internet traffic enters the stock stage,the growth of advertising business slows down,and small and medium-sized businesses become new growth points for users.In order to improve the operation effect of small and medium-sized businesses and improve the quality and efficiency of advertising creativity,this paper starts from the field of short video advertising creation that adapts to the content ecology of Tiktok.The traditional advertising creative marketing tools for pictures,videos,landing pages and other categories can no longer meet the demands of small and medium-sized enterprise advertisers for "small input and large output" of short video advertising creation.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the production efficiency of short video advertising creation and develop new products to meet the needs of users.The author mainly researches and designs Tada video editor.The product is now in the MVP(minimum viable product)stage.The user characteristics are not clear,and the new product is also facing the problem of how to attract more users.Therefore,the focus of this paper will focus on the behavior characteristics of the target users of the short video editing collaboration tool,understand the user needs,and mine the design opportunities and differentiated functions through competitive product analysis,to improve the user experience of the product.Firstly,this paper studies the current development of creative tools,the development trend of short video advertising creation and the current development of video editors and expounds the motivation and necessity of the project.By comparing and summarizing the product characteristics of relevant competitive products,provide design opportunities for the interaction design stage.Secondly,through on-the-spot observation,create collaborative roles to understand the behavior,purpose and task of the short video marketing creative team.Then,through in-depth interviews with users,the real demands of users are obtained,the user needs are refined to form a product function list,and the product functions are prioritized to provide design direction for subsequent interaction design.Before the output of the design scheme,the design objectives and design strategies of the product are first defined,and the interface design of the tool is completed in combination with the design principles of tool products.After the design is completed,problems in the design scheme are found and improved through the usability test.This design project is mainly aimed at the design and exploration of products in MVP stage.By quickly building the core functions required by users,combining with competitive product analysis and mining differentiated functions,it can improve the production efficiency of users,and apply the design principles of tool products to improve the user experience of products,so as to solve the problem that new products attract users.During the project,the role panorama,collaborative roles and design principles are obtained,which also establishes the design research foundation for Tada’s subsequent interface design iterations.The design practice and research process of the project provide design ideas and experience references for product design in MVP stage. |
