| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of science and technology,mobile phones have gradually become an indispensable communication tool in People’s Daily life.Mobile phones are also increasingly empowered,and major manufacturers are exploring a wide range of application scenarios as they continue to improve product performance.In recent years,major mobile phone manufacturers have continuously launched mobile phone products with new functions and new shapes to explore more possibilities,such as various foldable mobile phone products.This topic comes from a cooperative project between a mobile communicat ion enterprise and the College of Design and Art of Hunan University--research on user behavior,scene and concept innovation of middle and high-end mobile phone products.Conduct in-depth user research on middle and high-end mobile phone users of first-tier brands such as Apple and Huawei,obtain a large number of user data through user interviews and user observations,and insight into user needs through co-creation design workshops based on VIP design principles to transform design concepts.This paper first conducts a literature study on the theoretical and practical application of user research,user insight,VIP design principles and design co-creation workshop methods in the design field.Based on the characteristics of target users,we decided to adopt the user research strategy of questionnaire screening,in-depth interview digging and observation recording to gain in-depth insight into the user situation under typical scenarios,deconstruct user behavior from three levels of product,interaction and environment,extract typical user characteristics and construct user portraits.Combined with VIP design principles and user-centered design as the design theory support of the workshop,direct user needs and potential user needs are identified through user needs insight and user context construction.Then the author selected the target user’s office scene to transform and refine the design concept.Through the analysis of competitive products from three levels of information function architecture,core functions and interaction,combined with user needs,the whole design of "light one-stop" office application--Miaoban was completed,and the usability test was carried out to iterate the scheme.The achievement and innovation of the thesis lies in that,in the user research stage,the multi-dimensional user portrait is constructed by combining audio and video data with other data through shooting and observation.The design co-creation workshop combines VIP design principles with user-centered design methods to provide insight into both immediate user needs and potential user needs in the future.In the design stage,the concept of "one-stop" office software is redefined to help users improve office efficiency and optimize user experience by enhancing info rmation flow and integrated management among the software. |
