| The complex manufacturing tasks involve many manufacturing technologies and have high requirements for processing quality and manufacturing cost.For the traditional manufacturing enterprises,it is difficult to complete these complex manufacturing tasks.The manufacturing mode of single enterprise can’t meet the requirements of complex manufacturing tasks.Under the cloud manufacturing mode,the multi agents including cloud platform,manufacturing enterprises and demand enterprises form a cloud manufacturing alliance to work together and complete the complex manufacturing tasks with high quality and low cost.However,the reasonable distribution of multi-agent interests under the cloud manufacturing mode is directly related to the stable operation of cloud manufacturing alliance and the smooth completion of complex manufacturing tasks.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the benefit distribution method of complex cloud manufacturing multi-agent to ensure the efficient cooperation of multi-agent in cloud manufacturing alliance.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:The strategy selection model of multi-agent based on the evolutionary game is established.According to the actual characteristics of the cloud manufacturing alliance,the factors affecting the profit of the multi-agent of the cloud manufacturing alliance are analyzed,and the multi-agent payment matrix and strategy selection model of the cloud manufacturing alliance are established.From the perspectives of cloud platform,manufacturing enterprises and demand enterprises,the replication dynamic equation of their participation in cloud manufacturing alliance is established,and the multi-agent evolutionary game and equilibrium strategy of cloud manufacturing alliance are analyzed.By a simulation example,the strategy selection behaviors of multi-agent in cloud manufacturing alliance under the different initial strategies and equipment upgrade costs are analyzed to verify the correctness of the model.The multi-agent benefit distribution model of cloud manufacturing alliance is established.The factors that affect the multi-agent benefits distribution in the cloud manufacturing alliance is analyzed.Three variables including effort level,cooperation level,and coordination level are used to describe the participation of cloud manufacturing alliance enterprises.The three-level effort distribution model is constructed and the balanced results of cloud manufacturing alliance enterprises under different decision-making modes are analyzed.Finally,the optimal benefit distribution mode under the cost sharing incentive measures is obtained for the cloud platform and the benefit distribution method is verified by an example.The benefit distribution adjustment model of multi-agent in cloud manufacturing alliance based on cooperation risk is established.The risk factors of the cloud manufacturing alliance enterprises are analyzed and the risk assessment indicator system established.By calculating the risk assessment value of the cloud manufacturing alliance enterprises,the results of benefit distribution are adjusted to achieve the purposed of risk compensation.Finally,the feasibility of risk compensation method is verified by an example.The multi-agent profit distribution prototype system for complex cloud manufacturing tasks is designed and developed.Based on the analysis of the systems function module and business process,the Layui front-end framework and MySQL database are used to develop the multi-agent benefit distribution prototype system for cloud manufacturing and realize the theory and method proposed in this thesis. |
