Voiceprint refers to the audio frequency spectrum with verbal information.Voiceprint recognition is a kind of biometric recognition and verification technology.Traditional biometric recognition technologies(such as face recognition,iris recognition,etc.)have disadvantages such as high requirements for equipment and inability to recognize foreign areas.Compared with traditional biometrics technology,voiceprint recognition technology has the advantages of being able to recognize foreign areas,simple methods,lower requirements for equipment,good economy,and high security.It is gradually attracting more and more people’s attention.Voiceprint recognition,also known as speaker recognition,is a technology to identify the identity of a speaker through voice.It mainly includes two modules: feature extraction and pattern recognition.The feature extraction stage extracts personality information that characterizes the speaker’s identity from the audio data.In the pattern recognition stage,the corresponding voiceprint recognition model is first established,and the speaker’s identity is determined through the voiceprint recognition algorithm.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional biometric technology,this paper verifies the mainstream voiceprint recognition algorithm,designs and implements a voiceprint recognition audio processing system with multiple modules,designs and builds a mobile voiceprint recognition application-voiceprint lock,and designs and implements the conference Voiceprint recognition clustering system.This article mainly completed the following aspects of work:1.The audio preprocessing algorithm is implemented and its effectiveness is verified.A variety of audio noise reduction algorithms are compared through audio example analysis.Realize the voiceprint feature extraction algorithm,analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each,and verify the effectiveness of the extracted voiceprint features through the speaker clustering task.2.Introduce and implement voiceprint recognition algorithms for comparative analysis.Build a voiceprint recognition system framework,design and implement a voiceprint recognition audio processing system with multiple modules including audio input and output,audio noise reduction,audio analysis,voiceprint recognition and display.Complete the interface design and verify the stability of the system through experiments.3.Design and implement mobile voiceprint recognition application-voiceprint lock.Carry out and perfect the front-end and back-end interface design,complete the back-end environment and system framework construction,and build the web-side visual interface.Optimize frontend and back-end programs and deploy and run,and test software performance through experiments.4.Design and implement conference voiceprint recognition clustering system.Complete the system framework construction,complete the system module design and interface design,and test the system performance through audio examples.
