Semiconductor LED has a wide range of applications in electronic display,intelligent transportation,entertainment and other fields.There are different requirements for the classification of LED chips on different occasions,so the research and development of LED wafer sorter is particularly important.The wafer sorter is mainly composed of vision system and motion control system.The vision system determines the accuracy of wafer scanning,and the motion control system determines the speed and accuracy of wafer sorting.At present,there is a certain gap between the speed and accuracy of domestic wafer sorter and foreign advanced level.In this paper,the motion control part of LED chip sorter is deeply studied.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,by analyzing the development status of motion control system at home and abroad,this paper introduces the advantages of selecting ACS motion controller,and introduces the key technology and necessity of sorting machine development combined with sorting speed and accuracy index of sorting machine at home and abroad.This paper introduces the overall structure of ZKMY type sorter and Ether CAT serial motion control network based on ACS motion control system.Combined with the mechanical components of the sorting machine,the types and functions of the motor in the motion control system are introduced.The software design idea and the performance tuning plan of the control system based on the ACS motion control system are put forward.Secondly,by analyzing the software requirements of the motion control part of ZKMY chip sorter,the functional modules of the software are divided,and the three-tier architecture of the software design and the design idea of multi thread in the motion control are given.The software motion control and file management are mainly completed.The chip sorting function of motion control part requires high speed and high precision of control system,and has correct sorting scheme.Thirdly,in order to improve the speed and accuracy of voice coil motor,linear motor and swing arm direct drive motor,the motion parameters tuning of current loop,speed loop and position loop and frequency domain stability verification of three types of motor are completed.In this paper,the parameter optimization process of the swing arm motor is given in detail,and the tuning results of the motion speed and positioning accuracy of the eight motor axes are finally given.Finally,the paper focuses on the sorting process,sorting cycle and the key technology of wafer picking scheme in the continuous sorting process,and designs the motion logic of eight axis motor by analyzing the sorting cycle.In this paper,the S-shaped motion path of the sorting and placing worktable is designed,and the motor motion scheme of wafer sorting is compiled by using ACSPL + machine language.Finally,the experimental results of continuous sorting of two different specifications of wafers are counted.The results show that the average sorting speed of ZKMY separator is about 125 ms,and the positioning accuracy of X-Y platform is ± 10 um.The sorting speed is close to the domestic advanced level and has higher positioning accuracy. |
