At present,most of the domestic mobile phone processing enterprises use manual placement of mobile phone backplane accessories,and the manual placement method has problems such as low efficiency and poor consistency.This manual method is more and more difficult to meet the production needs of enterprises.The automatic placement system of precision mobile phone accessories is of great significance to the mobile phone processing enterprises to improve production efficiency and improve production quality.Through the research on the placement process of accessories for mobile phone backplanes,this topic designs a high-precision placement system that can be used for automatic placement of accessories for different types of mobile phones,and realizes the functions of positioning,rectifying,and precise fitting of accessories.The main research contents of this subject are as follows:(1)Through the research on the placement process of mobile phone backplane accessories,the overall design of the vision-based high-precision automatic placement system for mobile phone accessories has been completed.The system includes a motion control module,a reclaiming and feeding module,and a visual inspection module.To solve the problem of low success rate of picking up mobile phone accessories,a negative pressure pickup device was designed and the success rate was tested.(2)Aiming at the deviation of X,Y axis and angle generated in the feeding process of special-shaped accessories,this topic uses the template matching algorithm based on edge gradient feature to estimate the pose of the accessories,and selects a reliable similarity measure function to express the degree of matching..Appropriate termination conditions for similarity calculation are set and the image pyramid algorithm is used to improve the operation efficiency of the algorithm,and the correction of the X and Y axis positions of the accessories is completed.(3)Aiming at the problem of angle correction between the center of mass of the auxiliary material and the rotation center of different axes,this topic adopts the rotation correction algorithm based on the least squares method by comparing a variety of rotation center fitting methods,and the feasibility of the algorithm is carried out.analyze.(4)Combined with the overall scheme of the automatic placement system,the construction of the prototype and the design of the host computer program have been completed,and the functions of automatic reclaiming,photo recognition of pose,pose correction and fit are realized;the template matching algorithm is verified on the prototype.The robustness of the algorithm,the recognition accuracy of the algorithm is 0.05 mm,and the angle recognition accuracy is 0.1°;it is verified that the placement accuracy of the whole machine can reach 0.1mm,and the placement efficiency can reach 3000 CPH,which has achieved the research purpose of the subject.
