In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the Internet,scholars have gradually strengthened their use of academic social networks,which have long become one of the important ways for users to exchange academic information and interact with each other.The communication on academic social network platform has wider channels,higher freedom and more interactive groups.It is easier for users to obtain the required academic information and knowledge,thus realizing the value added and innovation of academic information.However,in the development process of academic social network,it is also faced with the problems of single communication mode,low accuracy of information exchange and low communication effect.Based on this,it is of great significance to evaluate the effect of users’ academic information communication in the academic social network environment and study the influencing factors.This study firstly summarizes the theories related to academic social network and academic information exchange,and introduces the current research status of academic information exchange at home and abroad.According to relevant theories and literature research,this paper constructs a communication effect evaluation system model from four dimensions: academic information benefit,user emotion,social value and academic information application degree.Data were obtained through questionnaire survey,index weight was determined according to entropy value method,and platform comprehensive effect value was obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then we get the weight and evaluation value of different dimensions,the evaluation value of communication effect of different platforms,and the evaluation value of total communication effect of academic social network.It also analyzes the influencing factors of communication effect from six dimensions: communication information quality,communication environment characteristics,communication platform support,communication subject characteristics,communication behavior and communication efficiency.According to the correlation analysis and regression analysis,the questionnaire data were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis and obtain the influencing factors.Then,the influencing factor model of the final communication effect was established.According to the research results,the evaluation value of the comprehensive communication effect of academic social network is relatively good,which needs to be further strengthened to reach the very good score range.And.The quality of communication information,the characteristics of the communication environment,the support of the communication platform,the characteristics of the communication subject and the communication behavior have a positive influence on the communication effect.In order to promote users to strengthen interaction and sharing activities in academic social network platform,give full play to the value of academic information and knowledge,and effectively promote the knowledge innovation and appreciation of researchers.Based on the results of communication effect evaluation and influencing factors questionnaire practice data analysis,this study puts forward corresponding improvement measures.It is believed that the communication effect can be improved from five aspects: promoting users to participate in different communication activities,improving the quality of communication information content,creating a good communication environment,constantly improving the functional support of the communication platform and cultivating the characteristics of the communication subjects.Through these suggestions,the purpose of optimizing the academic information exchange effect of users under the academic social network environment is realized.
