The application fields of robot remote control and telemetry are constantly expanding with the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things.However,robot remote control telemetry still faces major challenges in communication and data transmission,and reliable remote communication schemes are still the focus of research.In this context,Beidou short message communication has become an ideal choice for efficient and stable communication of robot remote control and telemetry systems due to its fast response speed,wide coverage and high reliability.This thesis focuses on the robot remote control and telemetry requirements in practical application scenarios,and focuses on the research of key technologies in three aspects: robot control theory,communication optimization based on Beidou short messages,and robot remote control and telemetry system design and implementation:(1)A robot kinematics modeling method based on the homogeneous transformation transfer matrix is proposed.According to the actual application scene of the robot,the structural design and modeling are completed,and the forward kinematics solution is performed.The Jacobian matrix based on the vector product method is used The iterative numerical method is used to solve the inverse kinematics of the robot configuration that does not satisfy the Pieper criterion.Using Matlab to carry out the simulation experiments of the robot’s reachable workspace and circular trajectory operation,and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the forward and inverse kinematics solutions proposed in this thesis.(2)A reliable remote communication method based on Beidou short message is proposed,which focuses on improving the communication efficiency and reliability of the communication system,completes the communication protocol encapsulation of the communication system transport layer and the design of reliable data transmission algorithm,introduces message error detection,multi card polling communication,Lossless compression,long message unpacking and packaging,and timeout retransmission and response feedback mechanisms,to jointly build a reliable and efficient data transmission strategy,And through the protocol transmission process design,the message sending and receiving process in the communication system was clarified.Build a testing platform to verify the effectiveness and superiority of this method.(3)Design and implement a robot remote control and telemetry system suitable for the actual application scenarios of this research,and complete the development of the upper computer of the communication software of the control terminal and the execution terminal in the communication system,and provide a basis for realizing the remote control and telemetry application of the robot in this research important platform support.The communication scheme of the system adopts the reliable remote communication method based on Beidou short message proposed in this thesis,which ensures the communication efficiency and reliability of the robot remote control telemetry system.
