| The digital transformation has become an important breakthrough for Chinese enterprises to seek their own further rapid development.The enterprise hopes to touch the original stable business model through digital upgrade and transformation of its own informatization construction,so as to realize a higher-level transformation of the enterprise business model.Inventory management is the core content of enterprise management and a key part of the transformation of digital supply chain.And the consistency of inventory accounts has always been one of the most important work.At present,the ERP systems are implemented by the vast majority of enterprises in China,as the core of enterprise management,and inventory management is also the core module in the ERP system.However,in the process of application,due to various reasons,the inventory of ERP does not match the actual inventory for a long time,which results in enterprises cannot make rapid decisions based on the current situation of ERP inventory.In the context of digital transformation,this thesis is based on the problems encountered in ERP inventory management of XX company that lead to the inconsistency of the accounts.It performs statistical analysis through domestic and foreign research status and theories,and propose specific improvement plans.First of all,this thesis analyzes the existing digital construction processes that affect the accuracy of ERP inventory,and through Business Process Reengineering.It modifies the points in the process that affect the inventory management data flow to avoid the front-end inventory differences caused by process problems.Secondly,through the analysis the current situation of enterprise management in the background of digital transformation,the entrance inventory data of ERP is optimized to solve the problems such as the problem of low data quality,scattered data sources,push delay,and poor logic of the front-end warehousing management system,so as to improve the data quality received by ERP.Thirdly,the ERP internal logic is comprehensively studied and analyzed,and the inventory data processing logic is optimized to increase the verification ability before data processing and the data audit ability after processing.Finally,through the optimization of ERP related logic,a relatively accurate inventory report is established,which can timely reflect the current inventory status of ERP at the current time point.Through relevant case analysis and practice,This thesis provides some references to improve the ERP inventory management of XX enterprises on such scale,and can provide reference solutions for other companies. |
