| With the increasing complexity of the supply chain,problems such as information asymmetry and information barriers among enterprises in the supply chain become more and more serious,resulting in delays or even errors in information transmission among enterprises in the supply chain,and serious changes in production and procurement lead time,which amplifies the "bullwhip effect" in the supply chain,increases the inventory cost of the supply chain and reduces customer satisfaction.That is,it affects the improvement of the overall performance of the supply chain.Therefore,the efficient and accurate transfer of information between companies in the supply chain and the control of feedback are crucial to the operation of the supply chain.The realization of information sharing between supply chains is inseparable from the use of emerging information technology,cloud platforms based on cloud computing can share key demand and inventory information in the supply chain,which is an effective way to realize supply chain information sharing.In order to study the impact of cloud platform-based information sharing on supply chain performance,based on the analysis of information sharing and cloud computing related theories,this dissertation discusses the process by which cloud platforms can ensure supply chain business collaboration by ensuring information sharing,discussed the characteristics of cloud platform to realize the integration of supply chain and enterprise information and support the information interaction of the entire supply network.Then,based on system dynamics,a cloud platform-based information sharing model within and between supply chains was constructed,and the impact of cloud platform-based information sharing on supply chain performance evaluation indicators such as inventory level,customer satisfaction was studied.The results show that the successful implementation of the information sharing mechanism based on the cloud platform has a significant positive effect on reducing inventory levels,and at the same time can further improve customer satisfaction.The research results in a quantitative way expound the positive impact of cloud platform-based information sharing on the supply chain,which is conducive to perfecting and enriching the theoretical value system of supply chain information sharing research under the cloud platform. |
