| In recent years,traditional financial enterprises have increased their investment in financial technology.Financial technology enables enterprises’ production capacity and reduces operating costs through technology,so as to enhance the profitability of enterprises.The implementation of enterprise financial technology strategy is realized by setting up various financial information systems.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize software test management to ensure the quality level of various systems.PA property insurance has built and put into operation a certain scale of information system cluster,but in the process of rapid iteration of various systems,it is found that the existing software testing quality assurance system can not meet the requirements of stability,reliability and accuracy of the system in the new application scenario.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the software testing quality assurance system of PA property insurance,This paper expects to improve the quality assurance level of software testing through the optimized implementation method,so as to improve the quality efficiency.Firstly,this paper describes the current situation of test management of PA property insurance,and analyzes the main problems exposed in test management,through in-deep analysis,it is found that due to the lack of attention to test management and the lack of standardized test management process.Secondly,combined with the theory of the five processes of project management and the whole process of software testing,the problems in software testing management of PA property insurance are divided into three aspects:demand management,execution management and acceptance management.Thirdly,detailed solutions and measures are given.According to the PDCA cycle theory in the continuous improvement of project quality problems,it is necessary to formulate objectives,the formulate plans,then organize implementation,and finally continuously improve in the implementation process.Specifically,it is optimized from three aspects: demand management,execution management and acceptance management.And with the help of qualitative and quantitative methods to assist the implementation of the optimization of software test management of PA property insurance,including the conditions and resources required for the implementation,the strategies of the specific implementation process,and the risk management in the implementation process,which is conducive to the smooth implementation of the optimization measures of test management. |
