Research On The Digital Transformation Countermeasures Of Y Company In Science And Technology Service Enterprise

With the advent of the digital age,all walks of life are undergoing digital transformation.As a bridge connecting service and technology,science and technology service industry has a better digital foundation than ordinary industries,but it still encounters many problems in the process of digital transformation.Taking Y company as the research object,this thesis uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external digital environment of Y company,and comes to the conclusion that although Y company has internal advantages and development opportunities,its digital transformation is also challenged by its own disadvantages and external threats.Y company should give full play to its own advantages,seize opportunities and actively transform.In order to determine the problem of transformation,this thesis uses the strategic consistency maturity model to evaluate the maturity of Y company’s digitization and business matching.The evaluation adopts the form of online questionnaire and telephone interview.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is concluded that the maturity of Y company’s digitization and business matching belongs to the level 2 committed process maturity stage defined in the model,and also belongs to the low maturity development stage.The overall digitization transformation development still needs to be strengthened.At the same time,based on the survey results,the author further analyzed the 38 measurement contents of the six evaluation criteria of the model,and selected 8 problems in the three evaluation criteria modules of digital governance decision-making,digital infrastructure,resources and skills according to the analysis results.Six countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to solve the problems,as well as the relevant six safeguard measures.Based on the relevant theories and practical experience,this thesis gives the countermeasures and safeguard measures for the problems,in order to provide some reference for the digital transformation of Y company and its same type of technology service-oriented enterprises.
