| In the era of rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce,optimizing the logistics system can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprises.As one of the core contents of the daily operation of enterprise logistics system,product distribution plays an important role in improving distribution efficiency and reducing logistics cost.ZLS company is an integrated enterprise of production and distribution.The main business of the company is to produce and distribute barreled water.At present,the company mainly relies on manual experience to carry out product distribution scheduling.The distribution path planning lacks scientific and reasonable arrangement,and there is still great potential for improvement in vehicle loading rate,delivery time and distribution cost.Therefore,this paper has modeled and simulated the vehicle routing problem of ZLS product distribution,optimized the product distribution scheme,improved the efficiency of product distribution,and was of great significance for the company to reduce logistics costs and improved customer satisfaction.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the theory and method of logistics distribution path optimization were analyzed,and the optimization algorithms were compared and selected,which laid a foundation for the construction and solution of the distribution scheme optimization model.Secondly,the main business and distribution status of ZLS company were analyzed in detail,and the main problems existing in the company ’s current distribution plan and their causes were analyzed.According to the company ’s current situation and actual needs,the research focus was defined as the vehicle routing problem with time window,multiple models and simultaneous delivery and pickup.On the basis of analyzing and explaining the constraints and model parameters,a mathematical model of distribution path optimization suitable for the actual situation of logistics distribution was constructed.Then,the fireworks variable neighborhood algorithm was proposed,and the variable neighborhood search and dynamic update strategy were introduced into the fireworks algorithm to optimize the model solution.The solution algorithm was written by Matlab software.By inputting product distribution data and setting algorithm parameters,the logistics path optimization process of ZLS company was modeled and simulated.Finally,based on the demand analysis of the product distribution decision support system of ZLS company,the system architecture,function modules and database were designed,and the bottled water distribution system of ZLS company was developed.The simulation results show that the fireworks variable neighborhood algorithm proposed in this paper can not only maintain a stable global search speed,but also effectively avoid the occurrence of premature convergence,and improve the solving ability of the optimization model.The optimization model of product distribution scheme and the developed decision support system of bottled water distribution can help enterprises obtain a reasonable and scientific product distribution scheme.Under the premise of better controlling the number of distribution vehicles,the loading rate of distribution vehicles was improved,the total distance of distribution routes was shortened,and the total cost of logistics distribution was reduced. |
