Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of China’s sports industry has ushered in a strategic position of development.At the present stage,China’s economic development momentum is strong,the overall social stability,the transformation of the full push,under the support of multiple powerful factors,the development of sports is increasingly solid material foundation.At present,the coordinated development of mass sports,competitive sports and sports industry in China has greatly improved the health quality of the whole people,and China is making continuous progress towards the goal of a strong sports country and a healthy China.In recent years,many cities have taken marathon as a new name card of the city and an important carrier to drive public fitness,and have gradually made urban marathon one of the important ways to promote national fitness and build a strong sports province.Therefore,we can see the rapid development of urban marathon from a traditional competitive event to a "carnival of public sports",which plays an important role in urban economy,social culture,sports tourism and many other aspects.At present,marathons held in China can be divided into two types,one is urban type and the other is mountain type.There are professional and amateur participants.The research object of this paper is amateur participants of urban marathon.Event participant satisfaction refers to the comparison between the actual experience of the products and services provided by the organizer and their expectations of the event before participating in the event.From the perspective of participant satisfaction,the products and services provided by the organizer during the event can be evaluated.At present,there are few researches on marathon participants’ satisfaction.As the trend of holding marathons in different places grows every year,both in number and scale,many marathon enthusiasts begin to select and consider each event,and their focus shifts from event planning to higher quality service.Therefore,the study of marathon participants’ satisfaction is of great practical significance and social value to help the event organizers optimize the event management process,reasonably set up the event functions and maximize the benefits of the event.This article choose 2019 marathon participants in chengdu as the research object,using literature research,questionnaire survey and analysis method of measuring a variety of research methods,the participants of the event satisfaction survey analysis,participants discussed the basic situation,the service demand and satisfaction of events,in order to optimize the city marathon participants services,improve the service level of competition,To meet the needs of participants to provide reference,and then put forward countermeasures to improve.In this paper,based on the theory of customer satisfaction,with reference to the analysis of the affecting factors related to customer satisfaction model,build the chengdu marathon participants satisfaction measurement model,the influence factors of chengdu marathon participant satisfaction,and on the basis of which the ascension of improve chengdu marathon participant satisfaction with the service strategy.According to the data statistics and analysis,the application of the data and model in this paper is effective in the satisfaction test of participants of Chengdu Marathon,which is expected to provide valuable reference for marathon organizers.
