Modern competitive sports is an invisible "protracted war",which in the final analysis is a reserve war for competitive sports talents.Track and field events are the foundation of various competitive sports events.The quantity and quality of reserve talents in track and field competitive sports will inevitably affect the level of track and field competition in Tianjin and the sustainable development of Tianjin’s overall competitive sports.The successive issuance of relevant work opinions has further improved the structure of China’s sports policy system.Combining the era connotation of deepening the integration of sports and education,as well as the constructive work arrangements proposed at the first meeting of the 10 th Congress of the China Track and Field Association,it points out a clear development direction for China’s sports industry in the new era,and opens up new ideas for the reform and development of China’s track and field competitive sports reserve talent cultivation system.Taking these important instructions and opinions as an action guide for the integrated cultivation of sports and education reserve talents in Tianjin’s track and field sports,and for the integration and construction of the "integrated design,integrated promotion" training system for track and field sports reserve talents in sports departments and education departments;Expand Tianjin’s reserve of track and field competitive sports talents;Improving the competitive level of Tianjin’s youth reserve talents and cultivating high-quality track and field sports reserve talents have an important guiding role.This study takes the current situation of the cultivation of reserve talents in track and field competitive sports in Tianjin from the perspective of integration of sports and education as the research object,and takes the form of competitive sports talent cultivation as the entry point to conduct investigation and research.It deeply analyzes the problems in the cultivation of reserve talents in track and field competitive sports in Tianjin and seeks corresponding strategies.This article uses research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys to investigate the current situation of reserve talent cultivation in Tianjin’s track and field competitive sports under the policy of integrating sports and education.It has mastered many aspects of Tianjin’s reserve talent team,talent cultivation system,training,competition,management system,etc.,providing effective data support for this study.The following results are obtained:(1)The number of male athletes is much higher than that of female athletes;The age structure of the athletes showed the distribution characteristics of less at both ends and more in the middle.There is an imbalance in the distribution of events.Sprint track events are popular,while long-distance,race-walking and obstacle race events have talent faults.The number of registered athletes is very small,reserve talent sports grade is generally low.(2)The number of female coaches coaching track and field events is far less than the number of male coaches;The title of coaches in coaching training is generally low,and the title of coaches with high titles is few;The coaches’ age,educational background and sports grade structure are basically reasonable;The number of registered coaches is small,and the vast majority of coaches participate in training and learning and practice activities related to the integration of physical education less times.(3)In terms of the relationship between learning and training,athletes’ training motivation is mostly based on their own needs,and their attitude towards training is positive;A few athletes have the idea that training is more important than study;The vast majority of coaches pay more attention to the training and learning of the athletes.(4)The weekly training times,single training time and training load of athletes are more suitable.The training methods of coaches are diversified,and the frequency of using biological indicators is low.The vast majority of coaches make class hours or weekly training plans,and the number of coaches who make multi-year training plans is relatively small;The situation of sports injury of talents is relatively common,and most education units can not guarantee that athletes can get timely and professional treatment after injury.(5)The effect of the model of integrating physical education and talent cultivation is not significant enough,and the growth trend of the number of talents in each educational unit is not large;The competitive achievements of the trainees are not top notch;The overall effect of talent transfer in each education unit is poor,and the total number of track and field competitive sports reserve talents in Tianjin is small.(6)The educational unit has a reasonable way of selecting athletes’ cultural courses;However,the personnel training mode of some education units is old and unchanged,and the coordinated management and training of talents in education and sports departments have not been fully implemented.At the same time,the talent fund input channel is single,the fund input is insufficient;The competition system in Tianjin needs to be optimized,and the education unit has not established and improved the talent reward and transport mechanism. |
