The new curriculum reform advocates that students should be diligent and good at exploring.However,in the traditional cramming teaching,students lack the ability to construct knowledge,analyze and solve problems,which leads to most students’ rigid thinking and no sense of innovation.The front-line teaching method needs to be changed.In the activity teaching method,students are the main body,which is helpful for students to actively explore,actively construct knowledge and exercise their ability.In order to improve the effectiveness of the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey among the teachers and students of Yunnan Minda affiliated middle school,Kunming Dianchi middle school and Kunming Xinying middle school,summarizes the basic situation of the implementation of the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school in Kunming,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems combined with literature research and classroom observation,So the corresponding solutions are put forward.The first part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school.Activity is a form in which the subject transforms the object and makes the object develop in the process of experience and exploration.Activity teaching method is a teaching method in which teachers make students obtain teaching gains through reading,discussion,games and learning tools operation according to teaching objectives.The theoretical basis of the activity teaching method is as follows: Marx’s theory on the all-round development of human beings,Xi Jinping’s thoughts on "eight unification" in Ideological and political education,interest teaching theory and constructivist learning theory.Activity teaching method has the characteristics of subjectivity,activity,speculation and interest.The activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school is defined as: the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school refers to that in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,according to the content of teaching materials and combined with the students’ life experience and physiological and psychological development characteristics,through small group work,discussion,games,debates,social investigation and other activities,the teachers can let the students through hearing,vision,communication and communication Space perception,touch and other participation activities,students in the activities of situational perception,experience,thinking,so as to improve all aspects of ability,guide the development of students’ morality and values,and ultimately achieve the teaching goal of teaching methods.In addition,the organization form of "morality and rule of law" course in junior middle school is divided into two kinds of organization forms: in class and out of class.The organization forms in the classroom include group discussion,scene performance,debate contest,moot court,speech,small game,class essay,etc.The forms of organization outside the classroom include investigation report,moral education homework,etc.The application of activity teaching method in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school is conducive to the implementation of the concept of quality education,the formation of a good relationship between teachers and students,the stimulation of students’ interest in learning,the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability,the improvement of students’ academic performance and the creation of a good classroom atmosphere.The second part investigates the application of activity teaching method in three middle schools in Kunming.Junior high school "moral rule of law" class activity teaching method has made some achievements,the specific performance is: teachers have some understanding of the activity teaching method,often organize activities,teachers pay attention to the selection of activity content.But there are also some disadvantages,such as: classroom noisy disorder,did not achieve the teaching objectives;There are few social practice activities organized by teachers;The types of activities organized by teachers are relatively single;Students don’t realize the importance of activity teaching method and have low participation enthusiasm;The evaluation mode of activity teaching method is single.The third part analyzes the causes of the problems in the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" course in junior middle school,mainly including:first,the basic literacy of teachers in implementing the activity teaching method is low,the theoretical research on the activity teaching method is not deep enough,and the experience of using the activity teaching method is still shallow.Second,the students’ understanding of the activity teaching method is not enough,the students’ learning attitude is not good,and the activity preparation is not enough.The fourth part puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school.In the implementation of the activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,we should follow the principles of the unity of theory and practice,"Three Closeness",teaching objectives and operability.This paper summarizes the promotion strategies of activity teaching method of "morality and rule of law" course in junior middle school,including: first,teachers improve their basic literacy,change teachers’ concepts,strengthen theoretical learning,and improve the ability of organizing activity teaching.Second,make students change their understanding and actively participate in activities.Third,the school attaches importance to the curriculum construction of junior high school "morality and the rule of law",strengthens the training of junior high school "morality and the rule of law" teachers,and builds a platform for teachers’ studio.
