Research objective: Badminton belongs to the skills-dominated type of sport,which requires high-intensity explosive power and unilateral power generation mode.Excellent explosive power is the basis for badminton players to move faster and jump higher.How to develop the explosive power of badminton players’ lower limbs scientifically has always been a thorny problem for researchers and coaches.Compound training has always been a common way to develop explosive power of athletes.With the discovery and confirmation of cross transfer phenomenon,unilateral strength training has been paid more attention by a large number of researchers and coaches.Through literature review,it is found that the comparison of unilateral and bilateral compound training is rarely applied to the lower limb explosive power training of badminton specialized students in previous studies.Therefore,this study applies unilateral compound training to the lower limb explosive power training of badminton specialized students,and compares it with the conventional bilateral compound training.This paper discusses the difference of the influence of two training methods on the lower extremity explosive power of the badminton students in the sports school,and provides theoretical and practical reference for the classroom teaching and training of the badminton students.Research Methods: This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes 44 specially selected students of badminton team of Shandong University of Physical Education as the experimental objects.44 specially selected students were randomly assigned to unilateral compound training group and bilateral compound training group,with 22 students in each group,for 9 weeks of single and bilateral compound training intervention.The load of85%1RM was applied to both the unilateral group and bilateral group,and the jump box height was applied in progressive superposition.The training was conducted three times a week,on Monday,Wednesday and Friday afternoon respectively.Each session lasted60 minutes.And use the statistics software SPSS26.0 data processing of the actual data measured in the subjects,the measurement data with the average + /-standard deviation( x + s)said,paired sample t test analysis of unilateral and bilateral group before and after the experiment group differences;Independent sample t test was used to compare the differences between groups.The significance level was P < 0.05.Research results:(1)After 9 weeks of training intervention,the unilateral group had significant differences in the straight forward and backward movement,vertical jump height in place,squat jump in the air time;There are significant differences in the four corners movement of badminton low center of gravity,standing long jump,squat jump in the air height,30 meters sprint,left and right side running,lower limb pedaling explosive power test.(2)After the 9-week training intervention,there were significant differences in the movement of four corners of the low center of gravity and the 30-meter sprint in the training of the bilateral groups.There are significant differences in linear advance movement,standing long jump,vertical jump in place,air height in half squat jump,running on both sides of the left and right side,and explosive power test of lower limb pedaling.However,there is no significant difference in the air time of half squat jump.(3)After 9 weeks of training intervention,there were significant differences between the unilateral group and the bilateral group in vertical jump height and 30-meter sprint in situ.In badminton low center of gravity four Angle movement,straight forward and backward movement,squat jump(CMJ)in the air height and lower limb pedal explosive power test has very significant differences.Both single and double compound training can effectively improve the athletes’ lower limb explosive power,but their emphasis is different.Conclusion: After 9 weeks of training intervention,from the aspects of badminton low center of gravity four Angle movement,30 meters sprint,vertical jump in place,badminton straight forward and backward movement,left and right side running,lower limb pedal-explosive power test,standing long jump,squat jump(CMJ)test indexes,unilateral and bilateral groups can significantly improve badminton lower limb explosive power.But from the squat jump(CMJ)longitudinal jump time and height of the air,badminton low center of gravity four Angle movement,straight forward and backward movement,left and right side running,30 meters sprint,lower limb pedal explosive power test and other aspects,the unilateral group in the improvement of special explosive power is more obvious than the bilateral group.Therefore,the conclusion is drawn that in the future badminton special quality training,can use unilateral compound training,also can use unilateral and bilateral training mode.
