With the developments of technology and requirement of modern warfare,data link for associating various battlefield platform,optimizing information resources and effectively deploying battlefield energy is being emphasized increasingly.There is an important need in data link system for the navigating on all kinds of weapon platform and command platform,which is the difficulty on data link study.There are technology and application of relative navigation on data link in this dissertation.First,Least Square is set up to accomplish navigation.Because the distance measure must be disturbed by noise,smoothness filter is used to filter the TOA distance measure to denoise such measure and improve the measure precision.Relation of conversion between geography coordinates and relative coordinates is deduced in the next.At last,according to the function standard and technology standard,the form and structure of navigation software are made definitely.The program is completed in the simulation.Simultaneity,navigation precision and TOA error are analysed.The experiment shows that the software can reduce the effect of noise and improve the precision of orientation.
