| With the rapid development of economy and science technology in the world today,the new products are constant produced.If there has a good platform to show its appearance,structure and performance to the users,it must be able to cause the user’s attention and interests.So we can improve the market competitiveness of the product.Obviously,traditional product development process can no longer meet the needs of the market.Then,the emergence of virtual reality technology provides effective ways to solve these problems,while brings changes of method and the concept in the field of the production.Taking mountain remote power machine as an example,this paper made the modeling and color design to its body,and focus on the basic realization method of virtual reality simulation system.Then,it summarized the advantages that applied virtual reality technology to agricultural machinery design and discussed the theoretical basis,key technology and design ideas to realize virtual reality technology in detail.The main research contents of the paper include the following four aspects:(1)Firstly,we should analyze the power machine modeling’s basic design principles and it’s styling elements.Then we can make the design combine with its overall layout and the basic structural parameters.Next,we can design the model of the tractor with the three-dimensional solid software Pro/Engineer.Then,optimize and modify the established tractor and complete its color design through import the model from software Pro/Engineer to 3ds Max;(2)Research the key technology to create the scene models,and then to create the virtual mountain reality scenes models with 3ds Max.And finally,integrating all the models together to create a realistic operating environment for virtual reality simulation system;(3)Import the optimized mountain remote power machine and the scene models into virtual software Virtools to complete the initial setup.And then to setup its center position of the gravity and parts of the basic structure parameters to prepare for the next step of the simulation;(4)Finally,use the interaction function of Virtools to complete the motion simulation and the stability simulation analysis,the data process,physical attributes,and physical collisions,etc.Additionally,through the VSL script to realize the circular motion of the power machine.The ultimate realization of the power machine in the virtual scene motion simulation,including the ground movement and climbing performance demonstrates. |
