| The Internet of things is widely applied in network convergence through intelligent sensing,recognition technology and pervasive computing and other communication sensing technology.Zigbee technology occupies a large propotion in it.Temperature,pressure and flow are the most common and most important parameters in daily life.Therefore,combined with Zigbee wireless collection and monitoring technology in the Internet of things,we design a wireless monitoring system with universal applicability.It can not only achieve the basic requirements of sensor data acquisition,but also make full use of Zigbee technology,wireless data transmission to reduce the situation of on-site wiring disorder,and improve the existing wireless collection system from the perspective of energy consumption.At the same time,in order to reflect the monitoring value at the upper computer,pay attention to its trend,change,record and save historical data for the analysis of the reality.In order to achieve the above idea,this system used the traditional DS18B20 temperature sensor,flow sensor,pressure sensor,Zigbee module also uses Labview as a host computer system to achieve perfect function,eliminates the need for staff to enter the site which can accurately obtain the working parameters,At the same time,the existing system is improved from energy consumption and reliability.In addition,in order to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the collected data,it is evaluated according to the steps and theories of uncertainty analysis.This project studied the software and hardware design and adjustment scheme of the state monitoring system based on ZigBee,and realized the wireless collection,wireless transmission and effective control of the system.It is verified by experiments that the designed system can complete the tasks we assign to it,meet the requirements of production,and run more steadily. |
